Yucky weather!

So it's been raining these past few days, and i can't stand the rain...i only go out if i absolutely need to potty, or else i stay in and cuddle on the couch!! The other day our mommy took us out for a long walk with our new baby boy master. It was fun, but then the little one started to cry , we started pulling mommy right and left, and she decided to head back home. Hope it'll get nicer outside so we can go for walks!

It's been a while!

Hey fellow dogsters! It's been a while since mommy had time to write in here for me! See, first she had this big big stomach, like she ate too much, and then, out of the blue, she went missing for 4 days, and then bam!! she comes home with this mini person, heck, he's smaller than i am, and it makes these weird noises, and screams, and sometimes stinks like hell...also, it drinks from this sort of bottle...weird...i think they call it a baby or something? Anyhow, our world got a bit shattered by this new little person, cuz we, me and Boomer, like to greet our parents by jumping on them, especially Boomer, he jumps so high!! and now, when they come home and they're with baby, they don't like for Boomer to jump on them, cuz he might make the little person fall or something. But besides that, all is good..it's been now 2 weeks that me and Boomer sleep outside our crates, in fact, daddy folded them up and put them away!! yay!! we sleep on the couch, where mommy put a nice comfy (old) bed spread. It is soooo cool!!

It's getting hot in here

Well, summer is just around the corner, but it's already hot over here!! I wanna drink water like, all day! Me and Boomer still play outside, but not as much, cuz it gets too hot. I prefer to lie down on the couch, with the A/C on! Mommy and daddy found this new doggie park, where Boomer can't escape, and we've been twice! It's so much fun! The first time we went, it was like a Beagle party; there was me and Boomer and 3 other beagles!! Beagles rock!!

New discipline tool

Well, me and Boomer both have one now...You know, those chokers with the hooks sticking out? Mommy doesn't like it too much, but it's true that it doesn't hurt really. It just suprises us more, cuz it, well, chokes us more! I must admit, we behave much better when we have those on.

Discipline, discipline...

Well, we're at our 4th obediance class, and I did awesome today. Mommy & daddy were so proud. It was real hard though, so much that I was shaking all over from deep concentration and effort. I had to lie down and stay for like at least 5-7 minutes. All was going good, but then the trainer opened up this door, and I so wanted to go see the other dogs that were there barking and all...Well, I stayed!! Mommy was real happy. And then the trainer brought in his dog, this big German Sheppard! And I still had to stay, lying down. Well, believe or not, I did!! Up until German boy decided to sniff my butt that is! I don't like it when others do that, even when Boomer does that, I want to rip his face off!! But I did stay lying down, so the trainer did not correct me. I'm getting good!! :)

School is doing us some good

That's what mommy and daddy say anyways. They say we're calmer since we went to that first course. Could be. Our next course is saturday morning, can't wait to see what the man will want us to do. But for now, I'm just chillin' on the couch.

Went to school...

Well, we had our first obediance class yesterday morning. It was ok I guess. Mommy and daddy seemed quite happy as this unknown man was walking me around, telling me to sit down, to lay down, to heal, and so on. At first I didn't want to do it, I can be pretty hard headed you know...But then I got fed up, and eventually did all he asked. I'm sure I was better than Boomer :)

It's been a while...

Well, me and Boomer are back on Dogster!! It's been a while,cuz mommy's and daddy's pc wasnt working too well. So, here we are, 2 weeks before what they call Christmas..whatever that is.. Mommy says that tomorrow we're going to school. Wonder what she means by that, I don't need school! I've been bossing around here quite a bit these past few weeks, growling whenever I have a bone in my mouth or whenever i'm eating, and this week, i've even started growling at mommy when she comes to give me a kiss when I'm sleeping on the couch. I don't want to be bothered, that's all! But mommy doesn't like that at all. She gets real mad, makes me go down from the couch and into my crate...Oh well, at least i can sleep in there too!

Cesar's way

Mommy and daddy bought Cesar Millan , The Dog Whisperer season 1 and they been watching it these days. Mommy says that if this man met me, he'd fix all the problems right away. Or more, he'd teach mommy and daddy the right way, cuz that's what he does right? He trains humans?
Anyhow, mommy saw this one episode where this dog would growl at its owners whenever it had a bone or something else in its mouth, you know, just like I do, and Cesar put a leash on the dog, whenever he gave her a bone, and he could easily retrieve the bone by slightly correcting the dog whenever it growled. So mommy tried it with me today, she put on my leash before giving me my bone, and when she got near me, I started growling of course, but mommy grabbed the leash and tugged it a bit, and I let go of the bone. Mommy seemed happy, but I wasn't!!

Been a while...

Yeah, it's been a while since my mommy last wrote in my diary. Not that I had nothing to say, just that she was busy with Christmas decorations and stuff. She put up this big tree with all shiny stuff and lights. It's nice, but kinda scary... I wonder if Boomer will try to pee on it LOL
Hope not, cuz I think mommy won't be too happy about that!

Changing habits

Today mommy tried to change my pooping habits. See, I got used to doing my business in the back yard, which is all cement. The only places I will do my business are the back yard, and the doggie park, since i am also not on a leash. But, now, mommy was told a dog shouldn't go potty on anything that is called HOME, which includes backyard, front sidewalk, front or back porches, garage way, etc. So this morning, she first took out Boomer (Poor mommy can't handle both of us at the same time; she says I pull like an elephant...and I had training...imagine...) so she went off with Boomer but was back within 1/2 hour. Then, it was my turn. We stood next to this darn tree for 1/2 hour, and I didn't do anything!!! I kept on weeping, wanting to go smell every stranger that passed us by and looked at me smiling ,of course, thinking what a gorgeous dog I am ;) But anyhoo, didn't do my business, mommy was getting cold, so we went back to the house. Now there, I had to go, very badly. And so I started to scratch the door to go outside, so mommy, thinking i'd do it, put my leash back on and again we went next to that tree...Of course, another 15 minutes passed by, and not a drop came out... So back inside we went, and this time, i scratched the door frantically. I had to go bad!! Guess mommy got fed up, and she finally opened the back door for me and Boomer!! What a relief!!!

Got aggressive again...

Mommy gave me and Boomer each a bone to nibble on. Of course, I finished mine before Boomer, so I stole his. Mommy wasn't too happy about it, and she wanted to retrieve Boomer's bone from my mouth, but I started growling, I know it scares her. She didn't give up, until she got the bone out of my mouth, not without me become more and more agressive...Mommy is sad, because she wants to have kids one day, and she keeps on telling daddy they'll have to get rid of me if I don't change. Let's hope mommy and daddy find the right way to correct this agessivity on my part.

Almost forgot!!

Last night, I had the best night ever!! Mommy went to bed early cuz she was feeling ill with a big bad flu. Me and Boomer went to snuggle up to her, and we all fell asleep. When daddy came to bed, he thought we all looked so cute and peaceful, he decided to let us stay there. When mommy woke up this morning, she was surprised to see us there with her! But happy at the same time. I don't think tonight will be the same though, cuz daddy works tomorrow, he needs his good night sleep in his bed. Ah well!

Went to the park!

Today was awesome! I went to the dog park with mommy, daddy and Boomer. There were a lot of other dogs to play with. I had a blast!! At some point, there started to fall styrofoam like little balls...mommy said it was snow. From what I remember last year, that thing is cold...brrr....

This is the life

Right now I'm lying down next to Boomer, we each chewing our bones. I just love bones!! Mommy finds it funny though, cuz whenever she gives us each a bone, even they are the same, we always manage to switch them around. I always want what Boomer is chewing on, and he always wants what i'm chewing on.

Got mad today

I was eating my supper, when daddy came into the room. I didn't like it, and I growled. He didn't really appreciate that, and he took my bowl away from me and sent me to my cage. I don't like to be grounded, but I guess I deserved it. After all, they are the ones who feed me (him and mommy), but I still get so nervous when someone is around my food, I can't help but growl. Hopefully, mommy and daddy will get help from other dogsters, so they can rectify this problem.

"Forbidden" food is soooo good!

I got my fix of "forbidden" food today. Went to grandma's and grandpa's and we always get stuff we're not supposed to eat over there. Like bread...yummy, one of my faves..sometimes, when they don't give me none, i serve myself and take a nice little bread off the table or counter. When i do this, the whole family runs after me. It is soooo much fun!

Fun at grandma's house!

We went to grandma's and grandpa's for a visit earlier today. Boy, did I have a blast! So much space to run around, so many things to chew on!! And, whenever we go there, grandpa gives us some "forbidden" food, when mommy isn't looking! Thx gramps!

Mommy got upset

Wow, you should've seen Boomer's face when mommy caught him eating her bed comforter. She was real mad, and sent him to his cage. I thought she was mad at me too, so i headed for my cage, but then she told me to go play... she didn't have to tell me twice! Poor Boomer got grounded!

What an awesome day!!

Wow! My human parents live right above my human grandparents right? So today was some party or something, cuz the whole family, grandma, grandpa, uncle Manu, uncle Joe and aunt Jeanette, all came upstairs, and ate, what i oh so wish i could've had , CAKE!!! Man, when I saw all those folks up here, i went nuts!! Literally, peed myself, and cried for their affection. I just LOVE PEOPLE!!!

What a morning!

Today, got up pretty early, cuz mommy and daddy were making noise, so my little brother Boomer started crying , and then mommy made us get up and go out into the freezing morning air to pee and poop. Darn, i don't like those cold mornings...I do what i gotta do, then come right back inside. Right now, i'm enjoying a great moment with Boomer; we sleeping, one next to another, curled up in balls...finally, he's letting me sleep...but for how long?

Can I sleep plz?

Here I am, trying to catch some zzz's while my little brother Boomer still wants to play...he doesnt know what it's like to work hard like me! At first, when my human parents brought him home, I didn't really like it...He'd take MY toys, MY bones, MY cushion, and most importantly, I had to share my human parents with HIM...But today, I love him to death!! I don't know what I'd do without him!! Who could I nag all the time? Who could I steal bones from? The only time he really bothers me now, is when I'm trying to sleep...like right now!
