Arrival Story:
We adopted him from A Forever Home Rescue-Foundation (www.aforeverhome.org) in Chantilly, Virginia in late August 2003. He was then named El Dorado and was 8 weeks old. He had been born at the rescue on June 24, 2003 to his mom, Lexus. He was the last one of his litter left to be adopted at the adoption event on a Friday night. My mom and I went to look at dogs, and he cuddled right into my arms and stayed there. We filled out the application, and that night around 10-10:30pm, they came to do our home check. He's been here ever since! :-)
