Pet-Peeves: Rain. She couldn't stand to walk on wet grass.

Favorite Toy: She didn't really like toys.

Favorite Food: Bil-jac and Beneful

Best Tricks: Crossing her legs like a dignified Lady.

Arrival Story: She was a stray found wandering the Historic Old Route 66 in Lebanon, Missouri. When she was found she looked like she had been nursing puppies. My sister found her in 1992 and she named her Uglee. She wasn't ugly, she was a beautiful black and burnt orange brindle color. So I re-named her Sienna. I'm not sure what breed she was but, she looked the most like a Kai Ken. Vet's would always say chow mix. She had a purple spotted tongue. Kai Ken's are rare and they probably didn't even know about them back in the early 90's.

Bio: Sienna went into heat as soon as we got her. We never wanted to go through that again. So as soon as it was safe we had her spayed at a local Vet's office with a Spay/Neuter Certificate from Friends of Animals. When we got her she didn't bark. We taught her to bark to let us know when she needed to go outside to do her business. Then she would bark at us if she needed water, food, or to go out. We'd be letting her out repeatedly before we'd realize she needed water.
The last couple years of her life she couldn't get around to well. She loved to take walks but toward the end her legs would always give out and she would have to be carried home. Then she be came a picky eater. So we started buying fancier food and putting gravy on her dry food. The older she got the more black her fur became. Before she died her coat was the darkest and furriest it had ever been.
