Favorite Walk:
she loved walking up the cave hill and being taking to the playing fields to have a run around and burn off some of that energy.

Best Tricks:
"Lucky, Sit!..Lie down....good girl...."BANG"" and she would roll over and play dead, also picking the hand that the food was in. Best trick of all.....getting me to spend money I haven't got on treats, leads and new beds for my little luckster.

Arrival Story:
We rescused her from a rehoming shelter when she was only a few months old. She was due to be put to sleep on the Friday afternoon (they only keep the dogs for a week) but the man who gave the injections was off sick and it was moved to Saturday afternoon. Thankfully my mum and brother went to pick a dog on the Thursday afternoon, decided on our Lucky and went home that night to talk it over with my dad. My dad took me out on the Saturday and my mum took my brother to the shelter to pick our new dog. It wasn't until my mum paid the woman running the shelter told my mum just how close Lucky had come to being put to sleep "It was only a matter of hours, she's a very lucky young pup, she's had it rough and we're delighted to see her go to a good home". The first I knew of our new arrival was when I heard the jangling of her shiny new collar and when she stuck her beautiful little head around the door to say hello. I fell in love with her that very second and I will continue to love her as long as I'm able.

Bio:
Lucky was put to sleep on the 12th October 2006 around 7:30pm. She had a massive tumour on her liver and it was decided that it was the kindest thing to do. I live in England and my luckster was back home in Belfast, so my mum called from the vets and let me say goodbye to her before she was put to sleep. She was an amazling mischevious and loveable dog and she will be missed everyday.
