RIP Copper

Copper crossed to Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. The vet came to our house and Copper was surrounded by her family. She took one small lick of peanut butter. She was held and kissed and petted and told over an over how special and loved she was. She passed peacefully and was held as she went towards the bridge to her human sister who went to heaven in 2008. Copper will be missed so much. She was 17 years old. She was 3 when we adopted her and she lived with us for 14 years and filled our lives with love.
