Arrival Story:
After deciding on the puppy we wanted (BICHON FRISE!), we looked quite a long time for a breeder in our area with puppies available. THEN, we found an ad in the paper for a litter about a mile from our home. We went to see them, and fell in love with our little girl. She was named Grace...our Amazing Grace.
Bio:
It was because I loved Grace so much, that I became involved in Bichon rescue. My granddaughter and I volunteer for a rescue group named Bichon FurKids http://www.bichonfurkids.org/. We have rescued and fostered at least 30 Bichons, and Bichon-mix dogs in the last year. We are so thankful to see these little ones go on to find their "forever homes". Our last foster will be staying with us forever...we fell in love with Cooper.

The Rules
Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Dogs who are "tagged", need to post in their diary the rules plus their own 7 fun facts. Next, choose 7 pups to *tag* and list their names. Pawmail each of them that they have been tagged and instruct them to read your diary for rules!!
Here's the fun facts about me - Gracie!
1. Well, I'm not so happy tell you that I lost lots of my hair! Dr Alice said I had a mix-up with my hormones (whatever they are!). I've been kinda sad, but Mom loves me just the same, and says I'll be beautiful again!
2. I LOVE, LOVE to ride in the car!!
3. My life hasn't been the same since Cooper came...but I still love him...as long as he listens to me.
4. My favorite place to sleep is under the covers, right next to Mom!
5. I HATE having my nails cut!
6. I love to BLITZ!
7. I pee...like a boy...it gives everyone a laugh!

''We are going to look for a puppy!" Papa said.
So we started off to go find a cute loving puppy.
When we pulled up to the curb we saw a bunch of white fluff balls running
around and playing. Then we got out and we visited the first puppy we
had arranged to see. That cotton ball was Grace. The backyard
breeder told us that if we didn't take her then she had some rich
guy who wanted her. I don't think we were going to let that
happen. After meeting some others we finally decided that the first
cotton ball was the cute loving pup we were looking for. When we
finished visiting we went to the pet store to get everything we
needed for her. Then we went back to pickup our cotton ball.
The first night was the best night because I remember sitting outside
in the middle of the night taking her out to do her business. It was then, we
thought of a name. That name is Grace. Our Amazing Grace will always be our
royal princess!
