Iz been on my new meds for about 10days now .. and we are seeing some improvement .. I still cough in da morning a lot .. but at least for the last few nights i haf only gotten mom up once due to coughing ! Mom talked to Dr. T tonight since he was away when i had my last chest x-ray .. He reviewed my x-ray and said it was what he expected .. a large heart with little room in my chest and fluid in da lung and a collapsing trachea ... Mom asked the heavy question if we are at the end of available medication to help me and he said no way .. !! so dats good news!! We haf to go fur blood work up to get a check on how my kidneys are doing wif all dis lasix. Mom talked to him about starting me on acupuncture.. ... although he hasn't heard much of its benefits for heart disease, he doesn't feel like it will cause me any harm .. at the most i will see no change in which case we can just stop going... so one step at a time ... Blood work first .. Mom hafs been playing phone tag wif da acupuncturist since she is new to all of dis .. so we will let yas know what we decide ..
Once again fanks fur all the prayers .. i fink they must be working !
