Captain Kirk is my doggy daddy and he is one CAPTAIN FANTASTIC !!
For his birthday, meme planned a wonderful outing for us all on the star of Jarrell Cove in the Galaxy of Shelton on the earth base, Washington. Jarrell Cove was an interesting little star, which only allowed launch pads for a mere 20 spaceships. We settled in the first evening in a human type shelter called a tent. It was actually quite comfortable and I had my own window complete for star viewing so I could keep out an eye for any potential alien landings of the evil kind. No aliens were seen that first night, but I did spy quite a few mammal type things called deer. Apparently they were accustomed to other dogs of my kind because they came closer than the length of our spaceship. Meme set up a campfire and brought tasty weiners that doggy daddy heated on sticks. Heidie and I could barely wait to feast on them!

The next day we traveled around a huge body of water called Puget Sound. Many trees and huge rock like structures that Meme referred to as mountains could be seen. We made this adventure primarily to have the opportunity to go to a "Drive-In". Meme and Daddy have taken Heidie and I many times to other drive-ins near our home, but this one was more than a three hour light trip for us, so the camping seemed like an added bonus. Doggy Daddy Kirk finds much enjoyment from viewing "Drive-In" movies in the outdoors upon huge white theater screens surrounded by many other spaceships. It is quite cool to be sure, especially since drive-ins are almost always 'pup-friendly". We watched the movie munching on one of my favorite treats, popcorn, or as I like to refer to it-- PUPcorn! I truly believe it was made more for us pups than humans and its just a part of their wild imagination that anything that should taste so good should ever be saved only for humans.

Camping was a fun filled adventure for this pup and I can definitely say I won't mind the next time we blast off for the drive-in either!
You should have your people check into locations near your earth base.
