I survived my 1st Storm

Last night I woke my mommy up because I kept hearing some really loud noises from outside. Plus, there were all these flashes of light. I didn't know what it was, but I sure was scared. I think Mommy said it was thunderin and lightenin outside. Well, whatever it was, I don't like it. I made it through it, though. That had me so upset I got sick several times. Mommy told me not to eat the grass; now I wish I hadn't. Oh well, I'll try not to next time. I love my mommy.

my first visit to the vet

today was my first visit to the vet. mommy brought me because i had an accident at my previous owner's home. my right hind leg has been bothering me, and i can't seem to walk on it. anyway, some lady in a white coat kept messing with my leg. the pain was doggone unbarable. i got two shots today. the first was okay, but the second made me yelp. then, that lady sneaked up on me and put some swab-like thing in my behind. it was so weird. anyway, after a long day, i have to say that i did better than expected. i'm thinkin of takin a dog-nap. i just hope i don't have nightmares about that swab-like thing. ::yawn:: good day to you.

p.s. to all you eligible bachelors.....call me! don't tell my daddy i said that.
