Arrival Story:
I went to the shelter looking for a little dog. I wanted one that didn't bark. I went down the line and there were 2 little dogs that weren't barking. The first one was a Jack Russel looking dog. He/She was trembling in the corner and drooling. Looked like a fear biter to me. The next one was Dolly. She was jumping up and down but NOT barking. I took her out to see how she liked the kids. She LOVED them. While she was running around a cat escaped it's cage and ran out into the reception area and straight to the front door. Dolly just sniffed it and then went back to the kids. I knew then she had to come live with us!!! She was so skinny and she had to stay 2 days to get spayed. It was so awful having to put her back in the run and go home without her. She's been my girl for 7 years now.
