I don't need a stinky journal....

WE MOVED!!!

Ok, so the family and I have offically moved to ALASKA!!! Yeppers, that says ALASKA!!! I LOVE IT! Snow is so much fun to run in, and taste great too! My mom and dad say pooper scooping frozen poo is way easier too!

I like to pull the kids in the sled, play fetch and slide on the ice...fun fun fun fun fun! My vet in Texas said not to worry that I'd put on weight once I got up here...and darn yipee skipee I have! I'm scared of stairs though, and our new house has all the bedrooms upstairs...it took awhile to get use to sleeping by myself, but mommy leave the TV on for me, so it's not so bad!

I can't wait until Spring! Everyone at the petstore says there's other Dane's in the area...so I'm hoping to meet some new friends! There's a lady that works at Ft. Wainwright with daddy who has a female dane about my age, so hopefully when it gets warmer we can have a playdate and go to the doggie park!!!

Rain!

Ug, it rained today. yep, it did. and i don't mean a drizzle. ever hear it's raining cats and dogs? well, i didn't see any cats or dogs, but it sure sounded like there were a lot of them out there! it was crazy! oh, and mom thought i was going to potty out in it...yeah right. she looked like a dummy standing out there holding the umbrella, while i was content sitting on the front porch, laughing at her.

daddy was a pain tonight. he wouldn't let me eat the trash (he calls it dumpster diving...) or bite his arms, or jump from couch to couch. i mean, what's a dog suppose to do? i've been couped up all day (well, mom did take me for a car ride, but it only lasted 15mins, and how long did she think that would last me?!). i need a way to let my energy out. mom says we could have gone for a walk, again, she's crazy, it's wet out there....

oh, and my human brothers and sisters, well, they didn't have any outside playtime either, so, we had a really cool 'circus' theme going on here tonight. hey, next time it rains, everyone just come on over to my house. mom wont mind, she'll be the one in the corner rocking back and forth repeating 'this to shall pass....this too shall pass....' Whatever that's suppose to mean! BOL

i'm getting my hair back!

i'm finally getting my hair back!!! this demodex stuff has really been a pain. daddy still gives me my medicine for it, the vet said i'll probably have to take it for at least a couple of more months, but i don't care, as long as I'M GETTING MY HAIR BACK! yippee!!!

kinda weird though, my hair use to be what you call blue. now that it's coming back, it's darker. almost black. weird huh? momma doesn't care, says i'm handsom no matter what, but she's not sure what to call me anymore! i guess i'm more of a gun metal color now than a blue or a black. hmmm, i bet they're wishing they would have named me bullet!!! that was daddys name pick, but mommy won out with Cypranius King of Quinn. says i'm going to be a big dog, i need a big name!! (the Quinn is because there are five human kids living in this house, which, i'm suppose to protect, but who's going to protect me from them?!!!! who i ask you?!! who?!!!!!)
