Likes:
Linus likes to be cranky, look longingly at peksky squirrels, bark at the doorbell on TV, eat popcorn, and hide in warm laundry. He also LOVES to lounge in front of a nice warm wood stove and/or lounge in warm sunshine.

Pet-Peeves:
Linus gets irritated with Chloe, hates going to the vet, and finds baths to be a misery. He also thinks that he's going to melt if he has to go outside in the rain...yeah, right. Also, he will do anything to avoid walking on grass.

Favorite Toy:
Currently, a stuffed hamburger.

Favorite Food:
Cheese and, just recently, yogurt

Favorite Walk:
Walk? Why walk when you can be carried?

Best Tricks:
He has no real tricks but he's quite tricky. His best trick is to put his cold nose on my shoulder when I'm sleeping and then dive under the covers when I flinch. It's genius!

Arrival Story:
Original owners couldn't keep him and he came to live with me when he was 6 mos. old. He had been kept in a kitchen only so he was not used to any freedom at all. I'll never forget the first time he walked over a door jam...he was so proud of himself!

Bio:
Back surgery in 1997 but has fully recovered. Has had a couple of recurring episodes but nothing approaching the seriousness of the first attack. Linus is named after Linus Pauling not the Snoopy character. He is a snuggly, grouchy gentleman with lots of dignity...perfect for me!
