Happy Birthday to my Sister

It's my sister Trinket's birthday today. She is kind of a fun pal and a nice sister so I better be nice to her today. Hope all my pals are enjoying Spring! I am so happy that I can go outside and roll around in all the dirty grass. My Mom really loves to clean all that yucky stuff out of my hair when I come in the house. I like it though, it's not yucky at all! Happy Spring! ~Riley out.

I have a new Sister!

I am so happy to announce that I have a new sister/buddy to hang out with. Her name is Trinket. At first I was not too sure about this new little fluff ball who got all the attention- MY attention, but we are having fun running around in the backyard together and napping together. She is only a year old, so she has a bit more energy than I do, but she keeps me on my toes. I hope all my pup pals are enjoying these last few days of Summer! ~Riley out.

Dog Days of Summer

Wow, it's been awhile since we have written! The Summer is going by so fast. Let's see, where to start.... My Mom and Dad both have new jobs, so I don't get to write that often any more. We even forgot to renew Dogster Plus. Whoopsie!

I love Summer so much, but I get over heated really fast, so I don't get to stay out too long. I got really sick last month and had to go the the doggie hospital. My Mom thought she was never going to see me again! I got sick and then I was dehydrated. The Dr. and My Mom don't know what I got into or what made me sick. Luckly I got better with fluids in my system and was able to go home. I was really happy to see my Mom and Dad when they picked me up to go home.

I'll try to get caught up with all my great pals! I hope everyone is having a great summer and Thank You to everyone who has sent me gifts. Riley Out!

Today Is My Birthday!

Today I get to celebrate my birthday! I am trying to be good because I really like to get birthday presents and I also need to be good since Santa Paws is coming soon! I am so thankful for all my pup pals and wish every one a very Happy Holiday Season! Riley out!

I'm Back Home

I stayed at a new house all last week since my Mom and Dad went to my Uncle Andy's wedding far away on a little island. I was sad because I wanted to go with them on their holiday, but their hotel would not let me stay there. I had fun at Vicki's house, but I was happy to be back snuggling with my Mom and Dad. My Auntie Caroline is coming to visit and I love her so much! She works at Yellowstone National Park, and I enjoyed visiting her there once. I really barked at the bison and I think I scared them.

Well, I better get going, I think I want to beg for some food or something. Stay warm all you pup pals, Riley out!

Summertime

Well, It's been awhile since I wrote in my diary. I have been busy outside in my backyard, chasing squirrels, bunnies & birds. We had 2 deer jump over our fence and they were trying to take over my territory, which I did not like at all! They are gone now, so I have it all to myself, except for those pesky squirrels. I think there are 12 squirrels living in the trees around my house alone! My Mom and I are going to be participating in a doggie event called Woofstock which is located in the Linden Hills Neighborhood in September. I am so excited to meet all sort of new pups and people. I am also happy that my Mom will take me with, it seems she is gone more often now and I have to stay at home alone more which I don't like at all! I hope all my pals are enjoying the end of summer! 1. I love to travel in the car. When I was a little puppy, my Mom and Dad took me along with them to Yellowstone National Park. I thought I was really tough and I barked at the Bison.

2. I love to go anywhere, and I will jump into my bag if it's on the floor and open.

3. I love to pee at every tree I walk by.

4. I go to bed everynight at 10pm. I my Mom or Dad are not with me, I will bark and tell them to come to bed and snuggle with me.

5. I give my cousins kisses and run around them when they visit.

6. Running fast in my backyard is one of my favorite things to do.

7. I have a bath at least once a week.

Springtime, Finally

We had a long winter here in Minnesota and we welcome spring with open arms. I am so excited to be walking outside again and I am driving my Mom and Dad crazy with all my whining to go outside. My Mom has been busy trying to get her new business started up and hasn't had much time to help me with my diary entries lately. She promised me a walk today though, and I am holding her to it! Today is my Birthday!

I am now two years old today. I had a bath and my Mom says I look so handsome. My Mommie also gave me a birthday day Pup-Pie!

I am getting all my things packed for my trip to Grandma's house for Christmas. I have so many things to remember to bring! I hope all my pup pals have a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! See you next year! Riley out!

Yappy Hour

Wow, I had a busy weekend. My Mom and Dad took me to a Yappy Hour at the Millenium Hotel downtown Minneapolis. I met all sorts of doggies and had treats. I even got a Christmas ornament with my name painted on it! It was too busy for me to wait in line to have my photo taken with Santa, but that's okay because I have already met Santa. I got to meet my pup pal Afro Ken and his Mum and Dad. They are really great! I was really glad to get home because I was so tired from all the excitement.

My birthday is coming up in about a week, and then it will be Christmas time. So much to do. I have to go outside now, so I will sign off for now. Riley out!
