Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: December 18th 2001
Likes: running field maneuvers, self-defense training, homeland security, surveillance, risk management, boundary patrol, investigate suspicious activity, confront trespassers, apprehend suspects, interrogate prisoners, broadcast warnings, train recruits

Pet-Peeves: trespassers, juvenile delinquency, suspicious behavior, vandalism and other nuisance activities, truancy, lack of respect for the uniform

Favorite Toy: Buster loves to tug, especially on his leash

Favorite Food: everything - Buster is a foodie and appreciates the good meals provided for him. He also has a serious sweet tooth. He particularly loves homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Favorite Walk: the fenceline where he patrols against intruders and shouts warnings at ne'er-do-wells

Best Tricks: Buster stands on his head every day after dinner as a show of appreciation

Arrival Story: Rescued at 9 mos. We got his brother Henry as a baby and were completely enamored with him. We couldn't believe our good fortune that his fawn pied brother was available for adoption. However, we did not know that he had been sent to military school until after we got him home. Buster is a workaholic. He's career military. He has many rules for conduct and few conform to his standard, which he finds frustrating. Despite his tough exterior, he is a softie who is kind to kittens and bunnies and other small vulnerable creatures. But to all others, a warning - if you don't fall out for reveille, he'll hand out ass-whoopings as he finds necessary . Note the picture from his tour in Nam as he was patrolling the rice paddies. It was published in Life Magazine.

Bio: Buster and his brother Henry draw crowds wherever they go, which can be exhausting for Buster because he's always concerned about crowd control and the possibility of ensuing chaos. He finds that the local police are grievously understaffed, which creates a lot of work for him. He regularly sends letters to the chief of police with his suggestions for recruitment and assignments, and he has offered to head up a canine division, for little or no salary, as long as they allow him a long leash to direct his staff as he sees fit.

Forums Motto: You're doing a heck of a job, Brownie!
