Arrival Story:
Bella was with a family for 3 years when they got a 'new' dog and didn't want her anymore. They took her to their local vet to have her put down. The vet refused and told her that he would keep Bella until he could find her a home. So, she sat at the vet's office for 3 weeks. Meanwhile, I was looking for a puppy for a friend of mine who had just lost her dog. I called a local rescue and the coordinator at this rescue told me about Bella and how desperate her situation was, so I offered to foster her... The rest is history!!
