Arrival Story:
Our family had just gotten Mollie, who is my mums dog, and I had always wanted a dog of my own. We saw an ad in the local paper for a litter of cocker spaniels. We decided to go and have a look at them before making any final decision. There was two girls and three boys in the litter. One chubby little male puppy came running over to me the minute I got out of the car. I knew instantly this was the dog for me. He was my best friend up until he passed away.

Bio:
Chester only lived until he was 18 months of age. He went through quite alot in his short life. He got a grass seed caught in his throat which turned into an absyss. He had a cancerous lump on the edge of his eye. But the thing that killed him was his allergy to fleas. He was severly allergic and the vet said the kindest thing to do was to put him asleep. it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I will never forget my darling little Chester.

My Tail of Devotion for Chester (In loving Memory)

My darling Chester.
The day we had you put down, a part of me died aswell. I couldnt understand why you had to leave me so soon and at such a young age. Now that I am older I realise why we had to do what we done, but it doesnt make the pain go away. We didnt have much time together. And I wish you were here with me right now. I think you would really like my new dog Bella. She is quite a character and has so many of your qualities. We call her "Chinese Chester" because she is a chinese crested and acts like you! Mollie used to pine for you something awful when you first left. i think that big empty bed outside made her sad knowing you werent there to sleep with her.
I hope you and Felix are looking after eachother up in heaven.
I will never forget you, and still have your picture in my locket around my neck.
I will love you always, until we meet again.
Love mummy xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox
