Arrival Story:
We decided that we wanted another dog, and we've always had doxies in my family, so I called Oregon Purebred Rescue, and they happened to have JUST had a call of a man that wanted to re-home his mother-in-law's doxie. We went and met him and took Joey home that day. He's had some issues and was on separation anxiety medication for a while. He had back surgery in March 2004 after going down in his hind end, but is doing well and made a full recovery!
