Arrival Story:
He was rescued by a group of women in New Jersey when he was set to be put down at the pound for being "too ugly to be adopted." Once his dreadlocks were shaved, though, and his ears were given a trim, he was absolutely adorable. When I saw him advertised on-line, I knew we'd be perfect for each other.

Bio:
He has seen much more of the world than I have. He has a tattoo, and he used to have two piercings. I believe he ran with drug-dealers in Newark. He's used to having to stand his ground, and he's afraid of the po-po.

Dear Diary,

Sorry for such a long absence; Mommy and Daddy have kept me very busy this summer, and there was no computer access at the annual fat camp where they abandon me to go on their endless vacations together. So, I'm sorry, but it couldn't have been helped. At least not by me.

We were all very excited this summer to welcome the newest addition to our family, the Wii. It's lots of fun, and allows Mommy and Daddy to play sports together without leaving the comfort of the home, or, oftentimes, having to get dressed at all. We have all had hours of fun watching Daddy become a "pro" at tennis, and seeing Mommy's rise to fame in bowling as she schools Daddy day after day.

I guess if there's a negative side to the Wii, it's that it has replaced Mommy in Daddy's heart. Sometimes it makes me sad to watch Daddy gaze at the white machine the way he used to look at my Mom, and one time it made me cry when Daddy asked Mommy to "leave him the f**k alone" because he was beating some made-up people on TV, and Mommy had just made a really big dinner for the family. It made Mommy cry, too, which Daddy failed to notice because of his unwavering attention to his fake, sophomoric games.

Ok, Diary, I have to go, because Daddy finally remembered to feed me!! Lucky for me, Mommy had to watch reality tv for awhile, so Daddy had to log off the Wii. Yay for food!!

Love always,
Pablo
