Yay!!! Mommy!!!

So...Daddy and Mommy ended up letting us stay with Grandma and Grandpa. Daddy had to come for something and Mommy told him to bring me back home for her and then she'll bring me back when they go outta town again. Toda's having too much fun so she can stay with grandma. Grandma's gonna need Toda's company for when she gets out of surgery.

So, it's just the men on the road, me and Daddy. Daddy stopped to get gas and left me all by myself in the car. Something smelled soooooo yummy! I had to put my nose to work! MmMmmMMm! Fried chicken!!!! I laid down on the seat and started munching on it. I looked up and Daddy was standing right there! Uh-oh! He took the chicken away from me... Oh, and then he had the nerve to call me a Bad Boy. I just looked at Daddy, winked at him and licked the grease off my lips. He can't be mad at me, I'm too cute.

Something Fishy is Going on Around Here....

Here they go again...Daddy and Mommy have been busy planning car shows again. There's talk of me and Toda going to stay with Grandma and Grandpa for a few weeks. Few weeks??? But I need my Mommy! Grandma and Grandpa live far away and they're the only ones that Daddy and Mommy trusts enough to leave us with. Meaning if Daddy and Mommy have three shows to do in four weeks, then they can't come pick us up in between shows. *pout* At least Grandma gives us extra treats. I just need to find a plan to fight off those cats!

My Weekend With My Mommy

Daddy went to San Antonio to visit grandma and grandpa and Toda went with him. So all weekend, it was just me and Mommy. It was nice, I got to sleep on the bed with her. We slept in, played, I was pampered. Ahh...it was nice. Brings back old memories of before Toda came along. But, I have to admit, I did miss Toda a lot though. I was so happy to see her again. Mommy also gave me a hair cut. For the first time, she cut the hair off my ears. Ha! No more pigtails! People won't think I'm a girl anymore! Mommy also gave me a mohawk. I look like a ruff tough doggy now!

Playing Copy Cat

There's a collie down the hall named Ally and every time she goes number 2, she kicks up dirt to cover it. I always thought to myself, what a weirdo doggy. When Toda came along, she started doing it too. Women! I just don't get them. Why do they do it??? Well, tonight on our walk, I decided to give it a try. I marked my bush and then I kicked up dirt. Whoa! That was fun!! I kept doing it, even when I didn't go potty. Mommy looked at me crazy, she's still trying to figure out what's going on.

Mommy taught me a new trick today. She says I look like a bunny, so everytime she says bunny, I sit like one for her. I sit on my bum and lift my front paws up. Only took me one day to learn it. I'm such a smart bunny!

Laundry Day!

I looooove fresh laundry!! Everytime Mommy puts the newly washed and warm clothes in the basket, I jump in and snuggle up and go to sleep. It's soooo comfy. Mommy started folding the clothes on the bed and me and Toda snuggled up and messed it all up. But it was so warm, it made us both sleepy and I ended up snuggling with Toda and Mommy took pictures. She didn't care we messed up her folded stacks, she just thought it was so cute that Toda had her arm around me. I was just too tired to push her off.

Bad Hair Day

As you can see by the last picture, I am not my pretty fluffy self at the moment. Mommy usually cuts my hair and she does a pretty good job most of the time. Daddy decided he wanted to try. And this is what happened. I'm bald from my neck to my bum. I was too mad after that to let them trim my legs. At least I still got my pigtail ears. Mommy put a shirt on me whenever we went to go walk. But then I walked without it last night, and everyone thought i was too cute. so i guess it's not so bad after all. Who knew I had so many black freckles under there??

Never Again!!

It was spring break and Daddy and Mommy were taking me and Toda to the beach. I had no idea what the beach was. We got there late at night and I got out of the car, and I sunk in. What is this soft white stuff? It wouldn't come off of me. It was everywhere!! I usually lick Mommy and Daddy to get them clean, but I couldn't because the sand wouldn't go away! I was getting so frustrated. I had to sleep in this stuff. It was not fun! Toda, on the other hand, had a blast hopping through the sand. She kept trying to play with me in the sand, but it was driving me nuts.

Finally, during the day, Mommy took us into the water. Wow...that water kept going and going. Brr...was it was cold. But it was fun, I got to wash off all the sand. I wanted to go in deeper, but Mommy wouldn't let me. When we got back up, the sand was back, grrr. Finally, Mommy couldn't take it after sleeping in a sand-filled tent for two nights and we went home. Boy, was I glad to take a bath and be clean.

Aww I feel so special!

Thanks Dogster for making me the Diary Pick of the Day. It made me feel better. Ever since I came back from boarding at the vets, my stomach's been upset and umm...I can't exactly hold it until I get outside. Daddy's not too happy about the carpet. But Mommy took me back to the vet yesterday and the vet said that some dogs get stressed out from being boarded and have upset stomachs afterward. Mommy says I have post-traumatic stress along with my obsessive-compulsive disorder. Anywho, the vet gave me a shot in my bumbum, I didn't like that and then she gave me some medicine. So, I should be fine in no time! Okie dokies, it's Saturday, so we're gonna go play now. Everyone have fun and be safe!!

Home Sweet Home

It's been a hectic week for my sister and I. As you all know, we were in San Antonio with Grandma and Grandpa, but then Friday Daddy's great-grandmother passed away. I guess that would make her my great-great-grandmother. Anways, so grandma and grandpa had to go so Daddy and Mommy picked us up halfway. Boy was I happy to see my Mommy. Unfortunately, Daddy and Mommy's plane were about to leave and Toda and I barely got to spend ten minutes at home. Daddy and Mommy rushed me to the vet to board us. Mommy felt really bad but she had no other choice at such short notice.

Anywho, we're back at home now and things are back to normal. Thank goodness!

Missing My Mommy

Well, our whole family took a road trip to San Antonio to see Grandma and Grandpa. I had fun, but I knew something was up. Mommy kept buying us toys and treats and took us to get ice cream (that was yummy). Finally, last night, they packed all their stuff into the car and Mommy was hugging me real tight. Mommy put me down, and I was like oh great...they're leaving me again here. But, Mommy couldn't do it, she grabbed me and jumped in the car. She said she'll figure something out, she can't live 2 weeks without me. Yay!! I was so happy!!

But then, they stopped to get gas, and Mommy thought about it. She said she can't take me to the car show because she'll be busy all day and I'd probably have to sit in the hotel all day or if she let's someone else watches me for the weekend, she won't trust them. So, they took me back to Grandma and Grandpa so I can be with Toda at least. I knew it was too good to be true. I was mad, I wouldn't give Mommy or Daddy a kiss. When Daddy dropped me off, I just went upstairs and laid by myself on Daddy and Mommy's bed. Every once in awhile, I'd go to the front door hoping maybe they were tricking me. Finally, I gave up. I sat on Grandpa's lap. I didn't even care that Jack the black cat (my arch enemy) was sitting on the arm rest of Grandpa's chair.
