Well, da mama took me to the vet today & the vet says that I have sumpin called squamous cell carcinoma. Da mama was very worried and sad, but I told her that I was tuff & everything would be ok. Da Mama's been giving me lots of extra luvs & treats & kisses...what's up wiff dat? She even took me for a ride in my stroller which I've been beggin her to do all winter. Den she had to drop me off at da vets tonight so I will be ready for my surgery in da morning. Da mama says she wouldn't be so worried if I hadn't of had a scare last year...da other vet was putting me under anesthesia for my teef to be cleaned & they couldn't complete the dental because I had serious problems wiff the anesthesia - the inside of my mouth turned blue cuz I wasn't getting any oxygen - tank goodness they was watchin me close & hurried and woke me up! Anyway, da mama & da dada are really sad & scared about what might happen tomorrow when they give me the anesthesia so they can remove my skin cancer. I gave mama a kiss good-bye & told her I would be fine! My mama worries way to much! I'm just happy to be away from silly Baby Otis for the night...maybe I can actually get some sleep! Da mama says they are prayin real hard for me. Well, I best turn my light off...it's late & the other dogs are tryin to sleep. So, goodnight, all!
