Happy New Year All!!!!!

It is a New Year and it is my weather. Cold!!! I am doing my usual. I go out and usual bark to come in around 3 or 4 in the morning. You know my Mom and Dad are not happy. Well, Dad is usually sleep he doesn't hear me but Mom always hears me. But they love me no matter what. Mom is off today and I am having fun running in and out. I guess I will go hang out again talk to you later.

They left me home!!!!!

Mommy and Daddy went away and left me home, but not alone. They went to Paris and told me I had to stay home with Auntie Gale. What a bummer. Seemed like they were gone forever but they were only gone 9 days. I had fun because I just did what I wanted to do and Auntie Gale let me. I think she got mad at me because I stayed out a few nights and wouldn't come in. But she knows I will do that when Mommy and Daddy are home. But when I was in the house I followed her all around and slepted in her room. They are home now and everything is back to normal. They were so glad to see me and I was really glad to see them even though I tried not too act like it. But I couldn't stop wagging my tail or jumping on them. I think I will be good for the next few days and stay in at night. Life is good.

Scared

Saturday morning my mommy and daddy got up and noticed I wasn't acting right. I kept turning in circles and I kept my head titled. I didn't want to drink or eat anything and I wouldn't go out to potty. They thought I was also having trouble seeing. They were really upset I could tell it. So they called my doctor and made an appointment for that afternoon. Mommy had to go to work. I knew she really didn't want to leave me but Daddy was there. She told him she would meet him at the vets office when she left work. We got to the vet and I started to feel a little better. I was so glad to see Mommy when she walked in I just gave her lots of kisses. The doctor examined me good and said right away I was seeing just fine. He check around my neck and head and ears. He found I had an ear infection, he suspects I may have been dizzy. He cleaned my ears and gave me some drops. I was very good because I let him do it without any problems. I really didn't want mommy and daddy to be any more upset then they already were. I left feeling my old self again the doctor said to call him if I started acting funny again and they would do xrays and take blood. But I am good to go. I let Mommy give me my ear drops twice a day and they are just loving me up. Oh how sweet it is!!! Of course they continue to keep a close watch on me. It is a nice day I guess I will go play in the backyard. Be in touch later.

Summer Time

Hi All: It has been a while. It is summer time and boy is it hot. I still hang out with my buddies Jake and Snoop. But Jake hates to be out side. He does his business and he is barking to go back in. Me, well I want to stay out. Now Mommy and Daddy get tired of yelling at me to come in so they leave me be. But sometimes I want to come in and sleep with them in their bedroom. I have some kind of skin infection and I kept biting and licking the spot and pulling out my hair. It upset Mommy so Daddy had to take me to the vet. I hate that, even though the Doctor is nice. Mommy begged me not to act up when I got there. I didn't do do badly. They shaved around the infection and gave me a shot and some pills. Now I hate taking pills but they gave Daddy something to put the pills in and it smells like beef and they have no problem giving me the pills. I am not itching anymore so the pills and shot must be working. Oh, they gave Daddy some spray to spray the area. When I see anyone pick up the spray bottle I run. I think it is funny, they don't. Oh well I guess that is it for now check back later.

Spring is in the air

Well the snow is finally gone and the weather is warming up. I have been running around in my backyard playing with my buddies Snoop on one side of the fence and Jake on the other. But I am the only one that loves to stay outside. I have a big fenced in yard and I can't get out but sometimes I refuse to come in and Mommy and Daddy get mad at me. They will call me and come out with the flash light. They take turns and then when they see I am not about to come in they give up and go to bed. Then about a 3 or 4 in the morning I decide I am ready to go in and I stand at the door and bark. Only Mommy hears me, Daddy is dead to the world. She then has to get up and let me in because she doesn't want me waking up the neighbors. Even though she is mad it doesn't last long. I just cuddle up to her and she loves it. Tonight might be the night I might stay out a while. Talk to you later.

Snow and more snow

We have had so much snow. I love snow and I love to play in it, but this is a bit much for me. Daddy had to make a path from the deck steps in the back yard for me to walk around. Then we got even more snow. My buddies Snoop and Jake (each lives on either side of me) haven't been out much. We play with each other and we run up and down the side of the fence. Snoop is little so he would go right under the snow, Jake is big but he really doesn't like the snow. I am hoping things get back to normal the snow goes away and me and my buddies can play in the backyard again. Stay tune they are calling for some more snow.
