Yes, I was naughty today...

Dad had his wisdom teeth removed yesturday, so mom told me I could not rough house with him. Therefore I had all of this built up energy inside. How else am I supposed to get it out? I woke up this morning and figured I would do my usual Saturday morning snuggle with mom and dad. Mom always gets mad because I kiss daddy but wont kiss her when I snuggle. My little trick I like to play on mom ;) Mom took me out to go potty, and I went right away. Then she brought me back in the house. Thats when the naughtiness began.
See Crazy, one of my kitty sisters, has been on a kick lately. Crazy is declawed, but lately she insists on going in the back yard with the rotties. Mom said she can do this as long as she comes back in in the evening. Well, I had other ideas. Crazy went outside with the rotties, and I didnt think she should be allowed! I barked, barked, and then barked some more. Mom and dad were telling me to shut up, but I didnt listen. Daddy even had a heart to heart with me. Still I didnt listen. What can I say, I am hard headed!!! I went out on the porch, and proceeded to bark my little pooh head off out there. This nonsense must have gone on for about 3 hours. Mom and dad locked me in the computer room with them and threated me with my favorite toy, Santa. Ok, Ok, if you put it that way, I will shut up!

Well we just got back from the dog park! Mom and Dad kept Maxx and I seperated all day today because we were being too rough in the house. Mom told me if I was good all day she would take me to the park later. Well we left about 6:00 for the park. Maxx and I with mom and dad in tow. When we got there we saw a bunch of our friends. Daisy, Chopper, Harley, and Hunter were there. They are regulars there (and so are Maxx and I :) When we first got there we ran and ran. There was a rottweiler I got to chase me, and I out ran him easy. I had to go to Daisy to get a run for my money. Daisy always runs fast like me, but she can never go faster than me! I am very agile and can spin really fast and jump like a deer. Maxx tries to follow, but he is kinda clumbsy sometimes :) Thats ok, we still let him play too. Mom and Dad took us over to the dog water station where we drank water. Mom says Maxx filled up with ammo :) He likes to mark EVERYTHING in the park. He even pooped 3 times while we were there! I don't go potty at all ever at the park. I prefer to go in the privacy of my yard ;)
After about 1.5 hours of playing at the dog park mom and dad said it was time to leave. Maxx and I were getting a little tired and almost ready for dinner. Mom said we were going to get a surprise for being good, boy was she right! Mom and Dad took us through the McDonalds drive through and we got a cheeseburger!! Thats right, a cheeseburger!!! Did I mention I got a cheeseburger?!! I scarfed mine down and wanted to help Maxx out with his. He said no. He doesnt know how to share sometimes.
Well gotta go, its bed time for me!
