Lucas has gone to the Bridge

Lucas passed away Wed morning on the 21st of March, 2012.
he had a very rough night but went peacefully Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM
His brother Apollo was very sad, much longer than everyone else. He is greatly missed by all the family and will live in my heart forever.

year of 2011 has been hard for Lucas

Just a few words about Lucas. He has had a very tough year, but he's a tuff old boy and hasn't given up. In the past years, Lucas was diagnosed with HD,DJD, and scarring on his liver. This year he was diagnosed with diabetes, and within 2 months developed cataracts from the diabetes and has gone blind. Then a month after that he was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. He's handling it well, his brother, and sisters are very good with him. No one tries to take his alpha position and they still show him the respect he deserves. He's a great big brother even tho he's had all this medical complications. We will continue to update Lucas's journal on his medical condition as time goes on, but we are praying that God will continue to care for this wonderful boy.

my sissy :(

My sissy Shawnee has to have surguries on her knees. I am sad...Shawnee and I do not get to play outside together anymore. Mommy lets us play on the bed but she says Shawnee and I play too rough since Shawnee's knees are hurting. I am so sad for my sissy. Mommy says if we pray really hard Jesus will take care of her. Please pray for my sissy.
