Started out taking him for walks, then joint custody, then he was given to me
Bio:
Billy was diagnosed with diabetes 18 months ago and I nearly lost him. The vets call him the "Wonder Dog" and say he is the most stable animal on insulin they've seen. I call him the "Born-again teenager" - he's doing really well.
