Dad's gone

OH GAWD! My daddy left today to go to a place called "Vegas" and I can't believe he didn't take me!!! I'm soooo sad without my dad's lap- mom just doesn't sit down enough for my taste. And then she brings that noisy black thing she puts up to her face all of the time over to me and I can hear that she has trapped daddy inside!!! He sounds really weird though and it freaks me out so I barked at it and then ran away. I think it was trying to suck me inside too!!!

BUT, I do like the fact that we can spread out in the bed with only one human hogging all of the space tonight. Tad hates to share mom though- so I'm going to have to sneak into the armpit real early to secure the good spot. He can sleep down by her feet or something. I DO have seniority y'know!
