Arrival Story:
I adopted Speedway from Border Collie Rescue. I wanted an active dog with a LOT of energy. I was told that they had one with so much energy that he would race around a room on the walls if he could. When I visited rescue, I was hoping to adopt a black & white rough coat. I was shown several dogs, but I instantly fell in love with a little 1 year old smooth coat tri. I found out later that this was the little racer that had been described to me earlier. His name was Zest and I didn't think it fit him. Speedway seemed the most appropriate name for this little guy, so he has been "Speedway" ever since.

Bio:
I lost Speedway October 30, 2006 to a brain tumor. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
