Hello friends

I have been so out of touch with Dogster and wanted to just write a quick note that I have been living with my mom and new dad now for about 5 months into a new condo. Mommy just got married last year and we have been busy with the wedding, moving out of the old house in Downtown and now we are just relaxing to get ready for the busy holiday season. So far everything is going well with me....we adopted a baby sister (german shepard/labrador mix) Maddy. Who I love to death! We get along very well and we just walk all day long with mommy and daddy whenever we get to go out. Of course, it's cold outside now here in MI so I barely want to be out. I need a sweater!! hahahahah ;) Anyways, friends that it for now...I am wishing you all an early Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year! I'm sowwy I haven't said any hellos or thank yous to my fwiends who have dropped me a line but know that I miss you all and I'm glad to see you all on Dogster! :)

Oh My goodness am I lucky to have gweat buddies here

I wanted to just send a thank you out to all my fwiends who thought of me on my birthday!! it was so nice to see all the lovely mail sent to me. Thanks to you all for everything. I have had a bit of a rough few months because I recently broke my back and had to go to the Emergency Vets. I am doing okay now, but it's bit hard on mommy since she has to monitor my every move so that I don't jump and run up the stairs like crazy as I used to! BOL In anycase, hope you all had a wonderful summer and that everyone has a gweat start of the Fall Season!! :)

Today I turn 5 years old!!!

Today is my Birthday and I'm now 5 years old. I think I may be getting tons of stuff from mommy, but she is still at work so I'm sure I'll either get it tonite or tomorrow. No matter!! I'm still happy because I have gotten tons of Birthday wishes from all my great pals that are part of a group that I am in Shih Tzus and Friends United. Oh and I can't forget dogster for putting me on the Birthday scroll either. Wow every pawmail I received made my day even better. For all the other pups having a Birthday today (9/21) Have a Wonderful, Wonderful BIRTHDAY!!!! Yippeeeeeeeee......... :D

GoodBye our Little Bruiser

Yesterday was such a sad day for us and our family. We lost one of our youngest fur relative that grandpa owned name Bruiser, a 1 1/2 year old German Shepard Mix. :( Mommy has been teary eyed about it so it's taking her awhile to actually write this out. He just got really sick and we didn't have time to go to the Humane Society and then like that....he passed away on Tuesday Aug. 2, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. EST Our family has been really distressed about it b/c the cause of death is still unsure...we just pray that he is ok now at the Rainbow Bridge. We just want to get through this all b/c we are soo sad about the what has happened, still.

A new Training Collar....

Boy oh boy, mommy has just decided to buy me a training collar so that I stop barking un-controllably at night. I don't know how I feel about it...doesn't bother me too much, though. So far it's been quite weird for me b/c all it does is make this ringing noise for a second when I bark. Atleast it doesn't hurt my ears, but how odd that when Niko starts barking it still makes noise when he does. I see mommy and her boyfriend laughing hysterically at how easy it makes noise even when I move. hahahaha Funny, funny but who's wearing the collar? Me, of course. When it does ring it sounds like it's coming from somewhere around the house. Crazy mommy!!!!

Other than that hope all my pup pals are doing great over this holiday weekend!

I just wanted to write a quick Thank You entry to my new friend Mollie for my very first Rosette! You just made my day Mollie and my mommy's too. Hope all my friends on dogster are having a wonderful weekend. I'm off to go see some close family friends with Niko and to play in their yard. Yippeee!!!!
