I went to the Rainbow Bridge this morning.

I am a 15 year old Yellow Lab.I have been sick,as I had suffered a stroke.I lost all control of my body function.It was embarrassing.My body decided that it was tired and told me my time on earth is done.I have completed my doggy duties as a faith companion,guard dog,couch potato,snack eating lap dog.Oh yes,as a 95 pound guy,I was a lap dog.This morning my legs gave out and I could not hold my head up anymore.It was time for me to go home to the Rainbow Bridge to be with my mom Tasha and my brothers Bruno and Copper.Well as I was getting ready to go to the Vets office,I died in the car.I will miss my family,especially my Aunt Di.She was the one who stayed by my side while I wasn't doing too well.I love all of my family and someday,we will all be together as I will remember everybody's faces.
I am not going to say good bye,only see you later.

What I am thankful for

This is what I am thankful for:
1.That I have family that is not mean.
2.That I still wake up every morning.
3.That even though I am an old guy,Peaches and Bessie still like to attempt to get me to run around the yard,and I try my best.
4.That my eyes are still great.
5.I can still hear.
6.That even though I have stiffness in my hips...I get my baby aspirin every day and I don't spit it out.
7. My aunt Di still loves me and lets me lay across her lap..even if she thinks I
am a 65 pounder(I wish).

My Aunt Di

My Aunt Di is a very nice human lady.She never gets on my nerves so i guess i can say i love her.But...man i'm telling you,she is digital camera happy.She was running in and out of the house taking pictures.Now i am thinking she flipped out.She was on the floor taking pictures of Bessie and also of my sister Peaches...she needs to be added to Dogster..ahem.Sorry had to clear my throat.But as the gentleman as i am,she pointed that darn camera at me.So naturally,i sat there and let her take my picture.Oh jeez...now i now what she is gonna do!!!Post them on Dogster.

Oh boy....

Well eventually it had to happen.You see my cousin Bessie lives with me,and so on Friday,she had a vet appointment for her fleas.So she now has been on flea meds and heartworm meds.My dad,Fred..said to my Aunt Di make an appointment for Macracken next week too.So like i thought,yep...on November 2,i now have a vet appoinment too.
I have to have the whole enchilada too....rabies,heartworms,and whatever up-to-date shots i have to have.Plus i am getting microchipped too.I hope that they don't stick that metal stick up my butt.I don't like that very much....yuck.I am moving sometime next week in to a new house,and well i have to have my rabies shots so i don't accidentally bite someone.

I had a vet appointment.

Ok, my dad took me to the vet yesterday.My aunt told him to take me because i need a rabies shot.Ok,i am embarrassed to say, that i am 11 years old,my dad has never had the time to go and get my rabies shot.But my aunt and uncle and my cousin Bessie and my sister Peaches are going to be moving to Winter Haven soon and my aunt told my dad that he ..meaning me...needs a rabies shot.Even though i am an old guy,and have never bitten anyone,my aunt says because her and my uncle have their first house,we cannot take any
chances.Oh well.Thats ok.Plus...i have fleas really really bad.My aunt Di was visiting ME a month ago, and well i love her so much,that i just had to share my fleas with her.Aunt Di said that my fleas are really bad ,so bad that they are all over my handsome face and in my ears.
Aunt Di and Uncle Ed said that unless me and Peaches get de-flead,we cannot come into their new house...unless the fleas are under control.
So dad took me to the vet,and got flea preventative and oh yeah, my rabies shot.
