WAKE UP AND SMELL THE…GRASS


Are you up? Are you up? Let’s get up and smell the grass
The sun is out, it’s warm out there, it’s time to be out and about
Have your coffee, get my leash and I’ll wait as you want me to
But please don't make it long, cause there's a lot to be missed.

Sniff, sniff, sniff oh what a wonderful world
I smell the grass, I smell the dew, and everything else that I could
Hello little dog, hello kitty cat?
How long has it been that you’ve all have been out?

Got to go, got to sniff and let me take it all in
Because you’ll never know when I’ll be out again
Whose out there? Whose been there?
Whose been all over my domain?

Been to the alley
And around the block
Now what’s left
Is my favorite park
