Likes:
Mort likes to lick people's faces better than anything in the world. We once clocked him at 100 licks/minute! He is extremely affectionate!

Pet-Peeves:
He does not enjoy NOT being the center of attention, waiting for longer than 20 seconds for someone to throw a toy for him to fetch, or having his toenails trimmed.

Favorite Toy:
He loves anything that squeaks really loud, his rope toy, and his rubber lobster.

Favorite Food:
He enjoys his small crunchy bites quite a bit, but's he's truly happiest on LondonBroil night when he gets a few table scraps!

Favorite Walk:
Mort loves to climb Jones Street with Glen!

Best Tricks:
Mort has the following trick routine: "Sit. Give me your paw. Give me your other paw. Roll over. Down." And then he has to "Stay.... stay.... stay...." while we lower a treat in front of his nose. He resents it like hell.

Arrival Story:
We really lucked out--we knew we wanted a Boston Terrier but could not find any puppies in the area. SO we found a breeder with dogs available in Oklahoma and he sent us pictures of 5 puppies to choose from. We picked Puppy #4, now known as Mort, and he was flown to us 2 weeks later. We picked him up from the airport and it was love at first sight!! Next time, however, we will definitely choose a local breeder and meet our dog before buying, as I doubt we'd get this lucky twice!

Bio:
Having Mort come to live with us was the best decision my husband and I ever made! Life with Mort is full of laughter--he keeps us contantly cracking up over his myriad of signature noises, facial expressions, and antics. He loves people and instantly bonds with everyone--and they tend to bond right back with him! He has two cat brothers who think he's fab, too. We can't imagine life without him!
