A sad Day

Mommy and daddy woke up Tuesday morning, to find Shadow Cat laying on the floor. He meowed and when daddy picked him up, he died. We don't know what happend. He was an old cat, but we didn't know how old he was since he was a rescue. He was as healthy as he could be. Mommy and Daddy thinks he has a heart attack. There is no other explaination for him to just die like that. Mommy and Daddy are really sad. I am too. He may have been the evil kitty under the bed, but he was still my friend. I"m going to miss him.

Guess what!!!

We had an adopt-a-thon at K-mart this past Saturday and I got to go!! It was so much fun. It was nice and cool outside and there was a carnival going on. Those funnel cakes smelled so good! I didn't get to have one though. Mommy said that they are not good for me. But as a treat, since I was hungry too, Mommy bought me some really yummy Iams food that came in a package. We did so good. I also got to play with Daisy, Chaos, Capone, and Jordan. They are Auntie Danielle's pit bulls. They are so fun to play with! This one lady was being really rude and saying mean things about Chaos because of his breed. But Mommy set her straight. Chaos wouldn't hurt a fly. In fact Mommy was afraid of pit bulls becuase of all the stuff that stupid people have said. Then she met Chaos and fell in love with them. The reason they can be mean is how their mommies and daddies treat them. I"m pretty sure that I would bite some one if they hit me all the time. Geez people! Talk about misinformation!

Mommy and Daddy also bought me a new tug-of-war rope. I"m so happy! Patches and I unravelled my other one.

Well Holly, was adopted Mommy said that she went to a very good home. Patches is a little sad. He's been tossed around so he's a little scared that Mommy and Daddy my adopt him out too. I told him that was silly. Mommy and Daddy said that he was staying and Mommy and Daddy don't joke about that. So I shared my bone with him and took a nap next to him. After all, he is my brother now. Well that's about it from me!

New Foster

Yay! We have a new foster! Her name is Holly Day. She is a 9 week old black and tan beagle. We got her on Easter. Some one got her as an Easter present without asking the landlord, who flipped out! He said "No pets!" How mean! So they took her to the petsmart where we have our Fairs and mommy brought her home! She so cute and tiny!

My day at the Farm

Oh what a wonderful day! Mommy, Daddy, Charmie, Ranger and I went to Aunt Sally's farm on Monday. It was so much fun! Mommy and Daddy thought that Ranger would be a great addition to the farm. She has chickens, goats, pigs, turkeys, gease, and ducks, and he is, after all, a Border Collie. I have never seen him so happy! We had so much fun. We chased around the chickens and ducks, but I didn't like Andrew very much. He is the gander and his mate, Angie, was nesting, so he was very protective. He was in his pen, but still, he was very mean, so we left him alone. I got to run and run and run! I can't wait to go back!

First Day on Dogster

THank you to all those who made me feel so welcome! I like this place. It's a place just for us dogs! Yay! I"m upset. Mommy took away my tug-of-war rope. It's not my fault is came unravelled! Well, anywho, Scooby is going on a home visit tomorrow for a potential home. Patches is sad. It's his brother. I hope that I can cheer him up. We're going the the farm on Monday! I love the farm. Aunt Sally said that she had some goats for me to chase around. Yay! Well I don't have that much time because Mommy needs the computer. Sooooo....Abby Kisses to all!
