I am honored to be chosen by dogster as a diary pick today. I would like to thank all my friends who sent me gifts. Thanks to Zoe for sending me that delicious chicken leg. I appreciate the turkey from Ebony Ursula, and I plan to save it for Thanksgiving. Wait a minute...too late. I ate it already. It was just begging for me to eat it. I can't stand to hear it squacking around here for more than a month. Those turkeys are so noisy, I can hardly hear myself bark. Finally, thanks to my good pals Hershey and Van Winkie for giving me another blue ribbon for my case. It always makes me feel good to see my case full of blue ribbons!

When Halloween is approaching, a dog must be on constant guard in case the humans buy some stupid Halloween dog costumes. Every year, Angel Zoom Smokey and myself refuse to wear a costume, and every year, our stupid humans think that this year will be different. So much for the human's optimism when it meets up with a Siberian Husky's stubbornness! So far, they have not bought any new costumes, but I heard something about one of the stores having a cute "banana" suit which would be so adorable--like I need a costume to look adorable. I want to go on record now stating that if I were going to wear a costume, it would be my Superman, Batman, or Underdog costume. There is no way I would go out dressed as a banana. That is just asking the neighborhood dogs to laugh, and this dog is not going to be the brunt of jokes among the dogs. Besides, just how Presidential would it look if I were caught looking like a banana so close to election day?

Condogulations yet again on another DDP!!

I would not want to be a banana either...I guess that is why growlmy hasn't brought any of those kind of costumes into my den...and think of it...if we were made into bananas, all the local monkeys would want to taste us, OMD, Not allowed! GRRR!

If you want to hide out at my house with me you can. I am lucky because my human doesn't make me wear a custom when it comes to Halloween. Plus, there are lots of small children to bark at in our neighborhood.

My humans often buy us costumes and then they can't get them on us so I think we are safe....huskies are very stubborn dogs. I'm sure Phantom Fast Snowman won't fuss if they put one on him since he is a life size stuffed dog and our stunt double-a husky that is not stubborn.LOL
