Leave a bone for Sheila, AAD, MR, JCH-Br, SCH-S
Nicknames: Before Jersey came a board: Black Menace, Pipi-Girl, (False)Alarm-Dog, Hiphop-Girl, Killer-Sheila, Devil-Dog. Today: the Good One and Pretty Girl
Doggie Dynamics:
Likes: Play, play and play and hang out with Mami. She loves playing soccer in the front yard with the old volley ball, chasing balls and everyting else that moves; she loves when mommy's coming home and going for a car ride. And sleeping on my shoes.
Pet-Peeves: Cats ("where's the kitty????!!") Nail clipping, being touched by the paws, strangers at the door, taking a bath....unless it's at the beach, being ignored (she hates that!), Jersey... And last but not least: the weave poles
Favorite Toy: A nasty red plastic toy, that she puts in her mouth to punch the volley ball around. That's what we do. Every day. And that's even more fun than agility :-)
Favorite Food: We've gone raw a few months ago, and I'm lovin' it!!! Especially Green Tripe, chicken wings, duck necks and ground beef, of course!!
Favorite Walk: Any walks of course! but my favourite is walking into the agility arena, he he he :-)
Best Tricks: Is getting through the weave poles a trick? It better is, 'cause it's friggin' difficult! Took us forever to get it into our system!
Arrival Story: We wanted a new family member and one day I visited a Pet Store with adoptable forster dogs, where Sheila was one of three tiny 8 weeks old puppies. That's when it started. I didn't work at that time and had 24 hours a day to spend with my puppy-girl. Since she is super intelligent, she always finds ways to do "stuff" - sometimes not exactly what WE think is really cool.....well, we love her anyways! She is always happy, follows me everywhere (including the bathroom) and sometimes annoys her older brother Dakota :-)
Bio: After 3 obedience classes, Sheila started agility with the age of 12 months - she loves it and I do too. She is now officially an "intermediate" agility dog and we started competing in April '05. Sheila knows most of her toys by name, comes when I call her, sits, stays, lays down, shakes, speakes and pees on command, and does a lot of other silly and very unuseful tricks - just to amuse us.
Forums Motto: I'm so glad the puppy is gone....!!!
The Groups I'm In: Cesar's Dogster Pack, D/C MAGIC, Raw Fed
The Last Forum I Posted In: this is off topic but about the raw forum I post alot
I've Been On Dogster Since:
O.k. where are we....it's been ages since I've last logged what has happened in my busy life. Since so much has happened, I can only summarize:
Got my first big Agility Title in USDAA: AD! plus I'm a AJ and AS and received my first Super-Q in Masters Snooker the weekend before last!!
Both CPE trial we've been to were both Perfect Weekends with 10 Qs out of 10 runs...yeahaaa!! I also got my first real CPE title: CL-1 and I'm only a couple of legs short of the CL-2 title.
Life is good and my mom and dad love me veeery much :-)
Well, it's been a while since I've had something to report; report-worthy wise. First, the good news: I won 11 (!!!) ribbons at the Dixon USDAA trial a week ago and got my Starters Snooker Title!! I had 5 qualifying runs, which is absolutely great, says mom. And dad, who is so proud of me and already put all the ribbons on the wall.
Now, the bad news: I heard rumors that we're gonna get another one of these annoying foster dogs....! On Sunday! His name is Glynn. And can you believe this: mom says that he is sooo handsome!! ...I'm sure I'm gonna hate him. The only good thing is the fact that I wouldn't have to play with Jersey anymore.
Wish me luck for the trial this weekend in Prunedale!! thanks.
Well, I did actually pretty well, although we didn't qualify. But is all mom's fault and she should read those Gamblers rules again. And please tell me where to jump earlier next time. But I was having a blast and was much faster then during practice...maybe that's why mom was kinda overwhelmed with my speed and screwed up a few times.
Oh, and then there's a new puppy again. Perry was finally adopted about 3 weeks ago, but soon aftern we got Oscar. Man, he always wants to give me kisses, and I hate it!!! I have to growl at him all the times but he wouldn't listen. It's really annoying. Jersey likes him though, which is good, because that way she wouldn't bother me. He he he :-)
'til soon!
Sheila, who's geeting a bath tonight because she got so muddy yesterday playing in that field and mom was to tired to deal with it last night.
