Immortalized or Replaced?

Mum says she has immortalized me, Stella and Bragg. I don't know quite what she means except that she had our friend Lisa paint me. Mum was really excited about the whole experience, I was just happy to see Lisa. She tells me that Lisa captures my "in your face", "close talker" attitude. Again, I am not really sure what she means by this except that Mum is really thrilled about this painting. She keeps showing it to everyone and saying isn't it wonderful. I'm kinda feeling that the painting of me is getting more attention than the real me. I must go do something about that now....

THE DAY THE VACUUM DIED

Yesterday the vacuum died. It had to, it was the enemy. Mum sent one vacuum to live at her friends up the street because she didn't manage to get it hidden before I got home from my walk. I pulled so many things off it that she sent it away. As long as it isn't anywhere in MY house, I am fine. As long as it doesn't sound off when I am around, things are good. But...yesterday I remembered where the other vacuum lived and as mum was bathing I went to work on it. When it didn't run away after I howled and barked at it for twenty minutes, I decided to take it apart piece-by-piece. It is now on the porch, out-of -sight and mum is looking a little grumpy. It is all worth it though cuz I HATE vacuums. Ps. The blender is next!
