I just had to share this with whoever reads
my diary.
We think it's cool and funny.
We got it from Tripod's dairy.
Hope he doesn't mind us "borrowing" it.
We're sure all of you will be singing it.
My mom did.
She never gave it a thought before that
in some places Christmas is in summer!
Dashing through the bush
In a rusty Holden Ute
Kicking up the dust
Esky in the boot
Kelpie by my side
Singing Christmas songs
It's summer time and I am in
My singlet, shorts & thongs
CHORUS:
OH, JINGLE BELLS, JINGLE BELLS
JINGLE ALL THE WAY
CHRISTMAS IN AUSTRALIA
ON A SCORCHING SUMMER'S DAY
JINGLE BELLS, JINGLE BELLS
CHRISTMAS TIME IS BEAUT
OH WHAT FUN IT IS TO RIDE
IN A RUSTY HOLDEN UTE
Engine's getting hot
Dodge the kangaroos
Swaggy climbs aboard
He is welcome too
All the family is there
Sitting by the pool
Christmas day, the Aussie way
By the barbecue!
CHORUS
Come the afternoon
Grandpa has a doze
The kids and uncle Bruce
Are swimming in their clothes
The time comes round to go
We take a family snap
Then pack the car and all shoot through
Before the washing up
CHORUS
!AUSTRALIA ROCKS!

Alright!
Mom got a new laptop!
Well, actually, she got it at those day after
Thanksgiving sales where she got up at 3 AM
to get it at a very good price. She hadn't even
taken it out of the box. She finally took it to
the Geek Squad yesterday to get it set up right.
She takes forever to do things.
She wouldn't have gotten another but the sound
went out on the other one and she hasn't been
able to hear anything, not even pup pals videos,
for a whole year!! What she found out from
everyone she's asked is that the whole mother-
board has to be replaced and that it's about the
price of new computer to replace. So. . . TaDa!
New computer. The only problem is mom is so
computer illiterate and now she has to figure
out how to work this one with Windows 7 just
when she halfway figured out the the last one!
So, to answer Priscilla's question:
YES, WE CAN HEAR YOU! ALL OF YOU!
FINALLY!

hungry pups get some burgers (again)

with the burger thing already.
And Ella - no, we did not get any bacon in
them there burgers. Maybe next time.

to my bro, Strider.
Today is the dude's birthday.
Birthday's rock around here
mainly because we all get to
eat some burgers.
And around here, there always
seems to be a birthday.
Ya think!!?
So Happy Birthday, Strider.

Mom read this on an email she's sent from
Defender's of Wildlife. Sounds like good
news for the poor persecuted lobo (wolf in
Spanish)!

Sunday mom went to the Redbox to rent Terminator
Salvation but - TaDa - none available - so she went for
Land of the Lost 'cause there wasn't much of a selection.
Yuck!
She didn't really like it.
It was kinda cheesy. It tried to be funny but
mom didn't think it was.
Maybe it was cheesy 'cause the TV series was was
cheesy. Actually, mom didn't watch much of it
when it was on TV so maybe she shouldn't talk
trash about the movie version.
Anyway, when she took it back Monday, she checked
for Terminator Salvation and - TaDa - there it was.
Good movie!
She liked it.
The other Terminators were alright but mom says
this one is better. And whoever didn't really like
the others, mom is sure you'll like this one. Lots
of action, of course, but mom thinks what makes
it a good movie is the actor, Sam Worthington.
He had her with some leaky eyes there at the end.
She also decided he's hawt but believe me, that's
not why she thought it was good!
Oh yeah - he's Australian. Mom thinks Australian
dudes are almost always hawt!
Sheesh, mom! Do I have to say that?!
There it is.

Mom recorded Wishbone's birthday burger celebration
but forgot to adjust the camera for inside use or whatever.
We all came out orange!
Sheesh mom! If you're gonna do something, do it right!
Anyway, if you want to see us in the new vid, go to
Wishbone's page and there it is. Just please excuse mom
'cause she's camera illiterate!
Those burgers were gooooood!

Ooops.
Mom forgot to give a shout out to the vamps in
the movie, too.
They looked lots better this time.
Again, bigger budget for better makeup, contact
lenses, and wardrobe!
Edward looked HAWT!!
He wore clothes that looked like he's actually rich -
which he is.
His sparkles looked better - not like that stuff
you buy at the store and smear all over yourself.
Besides, it's not like they're all walking around
showing off the sparkles all the time.
Sparkles are shown just for a few secs, peeps.
Giving equal time to the vamps (maybe a little
more equal!).
There it is.

Well, mom went to see the Twilight New Moon movie
this morning. She tried for the first showing at 10:35
but it was sold out. Sold out!! So she opted for the
next one, of course. At 11:10.
She LOVED it!
It was really good!
I don't know why so many peeps talk trash about
the Twilight movies.
She said she will definitely go see it again. And again.
New Moon was better than Twilight.
Because it had a way bigger budget.
Soooo, I think whoever decides to go see it, will enjoy
it.
There it is.

P.S. By the way - those wolves ROCKED!

Mom bought the DVD, UP, the other day.
She had never seen it before but she thought
it might be good.
Wellllll - it is beyond good! It is cute, funny,
and great!
She just can't understand why her family and
acquaintances who had seen it never told her
there are lots of dogs in it. They know how she
feels about 'em.
Aaannywaaay - whoever has not seen it, rent
it or go buy it. You gotta see it. Mom laughed
and laughed watching it. She kept "rewinding"
it at the funny parts to watch 'em over and over.
There it is.
