My name is Maya-Angelou, my friends call me Maya. I was three years old when my Mom and Dad got me. I was a show dog and I really didn't like it. I hated it!!! So, the breeders gave me to my new Mom and Dad, they have been friends a long time and my new family had a boxer Dylan who had gone to Heaven, so they knew I needed ALOT of love and affection, so, they gave me to my Mom and Dad. Im so happy here. I still get to see my other Family whenever I want, they live down the road :) I have a Brother Houston and a sister Roxie. My Mom and Dad spoil us rotten. We go for walks and swim at the pond, ( well, to be truthful, I don't personally swim ) we always do everything as a family. Mommy and Daddy never go away and not bring us. Mommy says she's sure kennels are very nice, but not for her kids. So, life is good. Hope to meet you all soon!!
