Did you know that Nicholas Cage
is a Coppola - as in Francis Ford...?
as in the dood who directed
The Godfather triology
(first one was the best)
Nicholas' father August Coppola,
brother of Francis Ford Coppola,
passed away at the age of 75
due to a heart attack recently
We're not big fans of Nicholas Cage movies
... movies where he saves the world
with his crazy math skills
but we do like Raising Arizona
cos he plays a hillbilly redneck
to perfection. :o)

Rising Arizona was a RIOT! We still watch it after all these years!
Kirby & the panty heads Gone In 60 Seconds...probably our fave. Even though Angelina is in it. Yep, I did know that, actually. lol.
He had some good movies. Let's not forget Valley Girl...........one of his bests. I'd have to say

He's also a big Elvis fan.
We think that's why he married Lisa Marie. We'll have to put the movies y'all have listed up top on our to-see list! :o) "I'll be takin these Huggies and any other cash you might have...."
He is actually credited as Nick Coppola in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" (he was one of Spicolli's stoner friends)
My Mom knows waaaayyy to much about 80's movies! OMD - Raising Arizona is our FAVORITE movie of all time!! We're not crazy about him - too dark; but our favorite actress, Holly Hunter ROCKS!!
