Today would have been my guesstimate woofday here on earth. :o) The peeps remember all the silly and standoffish things I did as a pup... and I *still* make 'em smile at the memories. But today, it's been especially hard for my momma cos she misses me a lot. I know she's got that brute Ella to keep her company, but I was her first dog. And there can only be one first. And I was it. Thank you for remembering me, pals. It makes me happy and loved.

Happy 175th Annifursary...

That's 25 in human years (...or 98 in Hollywood years)! Ralph Macchio plans to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary by renewing his vows with wife Phyllis - and writing a book about his amazing marriage.

Macchio wed Phyllis Fierro in April, 1987 and he's planning a big bash to celebrate the anniversary next year - but he also wants to give others the chance to see how it's possible to make a Hollywood marriage work.

He tells Life & Style magazine, "We're talking about renewing our vows. That would be really nice. We have a lot to celebrate; we've been through so much. We've earned it."

And Macchio insists the couple's secret is simple: "Commitment... Believing that you're meant to be together and knowing at the end of the day that this is the person I should be with."

Hasselhoff jumps on the WINNING train, may have tiger blood.

David Hasselhoff is convinced he has special healing powers after a motivational message he recorded for a sick young boy helped the youngster come out of a coma.

He is adamant he has saved thousands of lives through positive thinking and recalls one time he spoke in the voice of his "Knight Rider" character Michael Knight in a bid to help an ill child.

He tells Britain's BBC Radio Five Live, "The upside of being in showbiz is being able to hold the hand of a kid who is dying, you know.

"I did a tape for a kid saying, 'Hey buddy, it's Michael Knight, Michael Knight, come on, wake up, wake up, wake up'.

"The phone rang and they said, 'Remember that kid you did the tape for that was hit at that crosswalk in London? Well we played the tape for him and he came out of the coma.'

"I went, 'Whoa, whoa'. He said, 'We played it once'. I met the kid at the hotel afterwards. I don't want to be corny or anything but that's happened to me a thousand times all around the world because it can affect people in a positive way." »

Jason Statham is hoping to become the next James Bond, branding the superspy part his "dream" role.

The Transporter star has risen to fame playing tough guy characters in movies including Snatch, The Italian Job and Crank.

But Statham, is keen to take over from Daniel Craig as the next 007.

He tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "You'd be lying if you said no. He has all the fanciest gadgetry. He's in and out of bed with the sexiest, hottest women. And gets to save the world. Come on! It's everybody's dream, isn't it?"

The Douche-inator

Arnold Schwarzenegger took his secret lovechild on family holidays with his wife Maria Shriver, according to a new report.

The former California Governor stunned us all earlier this week when he revealed he had fathered a child with a member of his household staff over a decade ago - just days after he and his wife had announced plans to separate.

Shriver moved out of their Brentwood, California home earlier this year and it has now been claimed that she took Schwarzenegger's secret son by his housekeeper, named in reports as Mildred Baena, and his older brother on holiday with their own children.

Baena's former daughter-in-law Nora Vela tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "We thought it was strange he was so lavish with (the child and his brother). They'd get gifts and go on vacations with Arnold, Maria and their kids."

HypnoBirth

The pregnant Jessica Alba is planning to use the HypnoBirthing method. Evidently this is not the first time she's done this - when her daughter Honor was born, she used this method as well.

She tells Ellen DeGeneres, "It's basically my husband takes me through sort of a meditation. So he's, like, saying, 'You're relaxed and you're floating on clouds while you're going through labour and your contractions.'

"He just sort of does a guided mediation. I'm just concentrating on breathing and staying relaxed because it's when you get tense that makes the whole labour worse and more painful.

"I actually did this with Honor... It is kind of a way to relax and know that the contraction will only last for so long. You just need to concentrate on the breathing and just the sound of his voice... Normally I want to strangle him but at that moment it's sort of calming and wonderful."

Awww, RIP Norman

Jennifer Aniston's beloved pet dog Norman has died.

The Welsh corgi-terrier mix was 15.

A representative for the actress tells People.com, "He died a few weeks ago. He was an old dog and it was just his time."

Aniston spoke fondly about Norman on talk shows and he was her constant companion on film sets.

She paid a tribute to her late pooch recently, by purchasing her new New York apartment under the name Norman's Nest Trust.

Ashton Kutcher has been confirmed as the new star of TV sitcom "Two And A Half Men".

The actor will replace Charlie Sheen, who was fired from the show in March following a heated and public dispute with show creator Chuck Lorre and producers.

TV bosses at CBS and Warner Bros. Television have been looking for Sheen's replacement on the hit comedy for weeks and reportedly asked British star Hugh Grant to take his place.

News of Kutcher's interest broke on Thursday and he added fuel to the rumours by posting the tweet, "What's the square root of 6.25?" on Thursday night. The answer to the riddle is 2.5.

Bear Blu

Alicia Silverstone has become a first-time mommy after giving birth to a baby boy.

Silverstone, 34, and her rocker husband Christopher Jarecki welcomed Bear Blu Jarecki on Thursday, just in time for Mother's Day.

The couple wed in 2005 after eight years of dating.

Charlize Theron & Prince Harry?

Charlize Theron met Prince Harry at a charity polo match in England on the weekend.

The hot ginger prince showed off his sporting skills on Sunday by taking part in the Audi Challenge Polo Cup at Coworth Park, Ascot. The 26 year old played for team Sentebale, named after the children's charity he founded in Lesotho, as they faced off against team Audi.

Theron was among the onlookers cheering on the players, and she was snapped enjoying a brief chat with the Prince during a break in the match.

The pair is sure to have had a lot to talk about - Charlize shares a love of philanthropy with Harry and established her own foundation to help stop the spread of HIV in Africa.
