Beastly Hot, I say

Ug. How i long for the cool summers of my Labradorian ancestors. Isn't it bad enough that I have to live with these three stinking creatures? But to suffer through 90 plus degree with a crazoid named Batman...that really is a bit much. If only George Bush had signed the Kyoto Accord treaty on reducing global warming...I say the writing on the wall nearly 20 years ago as a pup. Sigh.
Climate change is hard on an elderly gentleman such as myself. I must retire to my spot in front of the fan for a siesta now.

sincerely,

ziggy

And these uncouth city beast still live here. O with their harsh New York accents barking at me...
and Moe, who urinates (shudder) indoors on wee wee pads from time to time...
I have to admit, I do enjoy lounging on those pads...they are quite comfortable - oh - what has become of me! They are such a bad influence on me, how lower my standards.
Piggens, Batman and Moe. Even their names bode ill.
Thanks Dog they leave me alone, for the most part. After all, I want to enjoy my golden years in well-fed peace. My age related loss of hearing is a blessing. The less i hear of them the better.
My laments shall continue later.
For now, I remain, your faithful Ziggy

Beastly Hot

O, if only it would snow!
The flies, the gnats, and the horrid, horrid heat! D@$#*able summertime!
I must come from a long proud line of artic sled dogs because I glory in the frosty delights of mountain winters! Rolling in the snow, burrowing, digging, running, slipping, sliding...how I miss it so!
Now I simply rush outdoors into the sauna to eliminate quickly. Then I return to the shelter of my home.
Piggens, Batty and Moe, fools that they are, romp around in the sun. They pant, they dribble like morons chasing balls and whatnot.
I really feel sorry for them.
