Yesterday I finally flew to my new home in Rochester, MN from Oregon. I decided that there is a definite reason dogs don't have wings, we weren't meant to fly. It seemed to take forever, but I flew Northwest Airlines and they made sure I got here ok. It was really hard to say good bye to Mommy-C and the rest of my family but she told me that I was going to a new family that is going to love me and take really good care of me.
Once I met my new mom and dad I knew everything was going to be ok. Dad bought me an ice cream cone from DQ and I have become mom's little shadow. I have lots of toys to play with and compressed rawhide to chew so I might like it here.
After I met my new mommy and dad I went outside and there was this wierd white stuff all over the ground. I have since done some research (as seen in my pictures) and I have found this white stuff desolves in your mouth and is really fun to dig. I also have noticed that it is very cold on puppy toes if you stay outside too long.
In my new family there are two dogs... Bailee reminds me of my family from Oregon so I really like to pick on her. Mostly she ignores me so it isn't much fun. Tino I am not so sure about... he's big and goofy and wants to wrestle but he's a little more rough then I am used to, after I figure him out maybe he'll be alright.
There is this wierd little human-puppy also. Actualy I think she is all human because she looks like one and some times walks on 2 feet, but she crawls too. Maybe she's trying to be a dog? Mom says her name is Miranda and she is a baby, whatever that is. She is REALLY noisey always chattering, howling, and banging things together. I'm keeping my distance for now because I think she may be a spy pretending to be a puppy so she can tell mom if I'm naughty. She is REALLY noisey. Hmmmm. I will have to investigate her more when she is not looking.
That is all my discoveries for now!
