Rest in peace my dear friends

This year Floppy, the girl in the middle, joined Nikon over the rainbow bridge. I hesitated to use the term of the bridge before, but it seems to be part of our language now and it really fits. I miss Nikon so very much. Now that all three of these girls are gone, they have left a hole in our hearts.

Hello my sweet girl

I seem to be talking to you a lot lately. Most of the time it is seeing you through the tears in my eyes.
I received an email from a Dogster friend and their Sib was born the same year and month that you were. They lost their boy the same time I lost you. He looks very much like you so I hope you are playing with him.
The hurt of being here without you is still big. Kodak and Polar say hi!

Loss is difficult

I always took pictures of you but one never knows when it will be the last one we have. You running and jumping with Polar is so special. When illness strikes fast and there is no warning, the memories are in the images. Thank you for being my friend.

My blue eyes tear when I think of you. The hurt of losing you is still so strong. You were my constant companion and you were such a great friend.
