Bad Bird!

I have the hate for birds! Especially the black ones! You know I've had the same backyard all my life (after being adopted as a puppy of course) and I am rather comfortable back there. However, as of the past couple weeks there is this crazy suicidal bird that like to dive bomb me, try to land on me or peck me. I can't go to the bathroom, I can't go out and sun when I want and I can't even go out w/ Boomer. Funny thing is that the stupid bird doesn't bother Boomer, he can be right beside me but the bird leaves him alone. Strange very strange. Mommy's Gma says that maybe I ate the bird's mate or babies. But, I swear I didn't. Although... I think I'm going to turn on this bird next time it comes after me. We can't be having this, it's just not right! So this bird is really going to get it if it keeps this up!

So who is the bad doggie? Me. I just realized I haven't written in quite a while. What's going on w/ that? Well... I can tell you. It's been a crazy past couple of months w/ Mommy and Daddy working so much. And, it's getting nicer outside so I like to spend my time out there sunning. It's just wonderful.

However, last night was not so good. I have two words for you. Electrical Storm. Yeah, not cool. Scared me to the point that I went to bed early and stayed underneath Mommy and Daddy's bed all night and didn't come out until it was time for breakfast. It was a little massive strobe light outside and there was hail and wind and rain. Just not cool! But, we are all OK. The cars, the house, the plants. It's all good.

What an honor!

Today I was picked by Dogster as one of their diary picks of the day! How great is this? It's such an honor. I know there are tons of other pups out there who write in their diaries too! And, of course I love to read them... hmmm... I hope that's not a bad thing to read another pups diary.

Anyway... I'm really glad I was groomed last week. So I hope I look OK in all my pictures! Seriously I was groomed last week for the first time. I was mortified! I've never experienced something so invasive before. Usually it's Mommy or Daddy who does it and I just get mad at them for a while and everything is OK. But, this time? No. It was a complete stranger who violated me! Ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and scrubbed down w/ who knows what smelling shampoo. Honestly, I used to smell like the pina colada dog after I'm bathed at home and now it's some sort of cologne or perfume I'm wearing. Man, I need to go and roll in something in the yard to get it off. But, if I do I'm afraid it will happen again. So, I'll just deal w/ it. At least I look good for my diary of the day fame!
