In late September, Samson was diagnosed with cancer in his throat. The tumor is in an inoperable postion. Samson is now 10.5, so we will not be doing any heroic measures to extend his life, just making him as comfortable as possible until he crosses the Rainbow Bridge. It was hard for me to come and post this here on his dogster site, it makes it too real. It's too hard to admit that a loved one is nearing the end of his journey. I pray that God gives me one more summer with the best dog ever in the world.
