I may be gone but I am always here looking out for my mom and dad and brother Garrett. Thanks for visiting my page. Mommy may come back one day when it is not so painful for her to see my smiling face. I had a wonderful life with them and am so thankful they rescued me from the previous life. I know they did the very best to try and help me get better but it was just too much. They wanted me to be pain free and they made the best decision they could. I loved them so much. I will always be here as a guarding angel-dog to look out for them.

Well, it took my mom a little while to get back into the swing of things but she finally got a minute to update my webpage. I am a big brother now. My baby brother was born on May 31, 2006 and came home on June 2nd. My parents were really nervous how I would respond but I did really great. They slowly exposed me to the baby and now things are great!! I don't care for his crying but I always like to make sure he is taken care of and I let my mom and dad now if there is a dirty diaper hiding in there. Thanks for visiting my webpage!

Well, my mom and dad are getting ready for the new arrival. They found out that they are having a little boy. They said they might name him Garrett. They are working with me to calm down around kids so that I can stick around. I really want to be a good big brother!

My typical day

Do you ever wonder what I do for a day?? Well, here is a little glimpse into my complicated life.
Around 5:00 a.m. I hear my mom get up and get ready for work. I stretch and shake in my own bed and she hears me jump down. I then head into their room to jump into bed with dad for the next 2 hours. I am a big bed hog and they are trying to wean me from getting in the bed. Any guesses who is winning right now?? Anyway, I stretch out with dad until he leaves for work. Then it is time for more sleeping on my small dog bed in the kitchen. I don't get into anything and very rarely do I have an accident. I spend most my time snoozing or so they think. That part will have to stay a secret.
Mom usually gets home around 4:00 and boy am I glad to see her. I am usually shaking by the time she gets the door unlocked and cannot wait to prance around the kitchen telling her how happy I am that she is home. She lets me out and then we have a very special part of the day. When I come back inside, I run in, down the hall and she stands at the door. I peek around the hallway and come running full force back to her, shaking my butt in a way you would have to see to understand.
After mom settles down, sometimes we take a nap together (hey she's pregnant right now and needs her rest) or she gets dinner ready for dad. She always makes sure that I have dinner and a drink . When dad gets home, he gets the royal treatment and then we all sit down for their dinner. Sometimes, if I am good, I get a little leftovers in my bowl.
Finally, after dinner is cleaned up and things have settled down, dad and I go downstairs and sit in the recliner.
Now, this may not sound exciting to you but this is my life and it could not get any better . . . well, I could get some more treats but mom keeps telling me I am watching my weight. Oh well!
