A new beginning

Dad has asked mom and I to leave. Divorce, kaput, whatever. Mom seems sad about this, which I don't understand. We are going to live with grandma and grandpa, you can't see me right now but there is a serious HAPPY DANCE going on right now. They treat me like a king! Grandma always shares whatever she's eating and lets me sit on her lap to look at the bird feeder. What's mom's problem? You'd think she'd be happy that I'm so happy. Women!
