After Dakota went to the Bridge, I had a large hole in my heart. I wanted to honor his memory by loving another little Basenji boy. I was put on our breeders waiting list and Jetta had only the one boy in her litter. He is a beautiful dog and the breeder wants him shown. We will co-own with her, I will train him for the show ring and be showing him myself. It's my first attempt at this and I really want to get it right. He is adorable and I do believe Dakota would approve.

Mom and I drove to Flagstaff for a show and I WON!!!!! It was a 4 point major and I got Winners Dog and Best of Winners. I am now CH Astarte's Apache River With Pips. A BIG THANK YOU to the judge...Mrs Murrel Purkhiser!
