My "Doggie Diary" is one of "Today's Picks"!!!!

With the weather getting colder mom and sis have been forcing me to wear sweaters and sweatshirts which I hate! I try and try and try to get them off by rubbing along the side of the couch, but mummy and sis always catch me and put it back on!!!!!

Thank the Puppy Gods!!!

Halloween is over, which means no more bat costume, ringing doorbells, or icky little kids!!!

I've been on full alert the past month and its become exhausting. Mom and Sis found the spot on my arm where I ran into the open dishwasher (DAD WAS COOKING STEAK!!!! AS IF I COULD HELP IT) and they put some triple ointment on it, digusting stuff.

I'm going to try and head to bed now!!!!

Hooray!

Graduation is over with so no more parties! This means I no longer have to spend time in the basement, because I'm "A bad dog when strangers and food is involved" (or so they SAY). I'm so happy that summer is almost here, the weather has been furtastic! I've been able to go for long walks without my sweater, and I love my new harness!

Woof! I have to go! Someone is warming something up in the microwave, and I need to be there incase something drops!

Oh no! Not again!!!!!

I don't know what I did to deserve this, but they've got me dressed up in this silly cape again! I keep running to the sofa to try and get it off, but they just keep grabbing me and taking pictures. How utterly horrible!

I overheard Mommy and Sis talking about how there would be a bunch of kids coming here tomorrow. Oh boy! I hope they bring me lots of treats!

What is this Howloween they speak of? Do I get to "bark at the moon"? And I keep hearing "ticks or treats?" Treats definately! Who would be silly enough to pick ticks??? (Cats obviously) I smell some amazing mix of popcorn and marshmallow!!! I have to go see whats going on!!!!!

T-t-t-Topeka!

Mummy, Daddy, and Nick have been gone for 4 whole days! They just got back today, and Mummy had all kinds of treats she had picked up along the way! Sis said I shouldn't get any treats, because I made messes. I couldn't hold it! She was at work and no one was home to let me out, and that trash was sooooooo put there for me to rip up!

I also got to stay with Aunt Tina this week. It was furtastic! I flushed a rabbit along the fence when we were walking in her yard and it scared me so bad I barked and ran back to Aunt Tina! Mummy kept telling her sister (Aunt Tina) that she was to hold onto my leash, because it should be like "an astronaut tethered to a spaceship". I dunno what that means, but I never got off my leash to run, and Aunt Tina was always there to watch out for me!

Boy am I tired, I'm going to head off to sleep in my puppy bed so that I can dream of 'chasing" more rabbits!

Birthday Bash

Mommy says we get to celebrate my birthday on the 13th because thats when everyone will be back! I'm so excited because I keep hearing the words: treats, toys, food, cake, and party! This will be my 3rd birthday, which makes me 21 in doggy years, I'm still such a young dog at heart!

In other news, the June bugs are back! Yucky! Sis hates them, and I'm scared of them too, I won't even go near one, so if its between me and the door someone else has to carry me inside. Oh boy!

Well off to bury some more bones in the potted ficus tree!

Bitter Apple!

I was minding my own business digging up the carpet in the living room, and all of the sudden....

BAM!!!

The most foul tasting substance ever was sprayed on the carpet that I was digging up! It was all over my paws and when I tried to clean my paws off I tasted it! Blech!

Mommy and Sis told me that they were doing it for my own good because they didn't want Daddy to yell at me for being a bad dog. I stopped digging up the carpet, but my paws still have some of the stuff on them I think, even after Sis washed them off.

Mothers Day is coming up, and I'm making Mommy a card! I hope she likes it, she's the best mom ever!

Long time no update!

Its spring! I love being able to run outside on the deck and chase the cats around! I'm so excited I don't think my tail has stopped wagging since the first official day of this wonderful season!

Mommy and Sis say that I've been a good day, except for the fact that I've been pooping in the house at night instead of waking them up. Every morning dad has to check around the house, and I hide under couch because I know I'm going to get yelled at for making a mess. I don't know why I don't hold it!

I got a new squeaky toy and I love it! Its a squeaky toy ferret and I like to pack it around the house. My favourite time to squeak it is right in the middle of my families favourite tv shows! I get lots of attention then!

Well, I'm off to go run on the deck some more and lay in the warm sun!

Porky Pup

I got put on a diet! One cup of food a day, how unfair is that?!?!?! Everyday Daddy and Sissy scoop one cup of food out and put it in my bowl. How do they expect me to live on one cup a day? Mommy sneaks me food though, she's sooo good to me! Under the table, when shes cooking, when she's snacking, anytime she has food I want it too! She says that I do something called the "MinPin Stare" I dunno what that means but whatever it is it sure works on her like a charm!

Holy Woof! Christmas and New Years was AMAZING!

Wow, I'm so excited my tail hasn't stopped wagging since Christmas Eve. My family had people over, and they brought a baby! I haven't ever been around a baby before but my humans kept telling me how good I was doing! the baby kept dropping food on the floor for me, I LOVE babies!

The next morning when I woke up on Christmas I had a whole stocking filled with stuff! New rawhides, Puperoni, a new toy, and lots of other goodies! And on New Years I got to stay with my family and snuggle under the covers all night!
