I love going for walks, hiking, chewing on bones, playing with Lucy, attention, getting petted, playing, hiking, hiking some more, more walks, kongs, squeaky toys, cuddles, and hiking.

Pet-Peeves:
I don't dislike a lot of things but I don't like being ignored or baths!

Favorite Toy:
Squeaky toys and plush are the best! I love my slinky dog and and my fuzzy yellow, purple, blue, and pink toy! It's such a fantastic toy. It has 4 ends that are different colored and with a deliciously squeaky orange center.

Favorite Food:
I love Natural Balance rolls, cheese, meat, eggs, and biscuits. I also love ice cubes made from beef or chicken broth.

Favorite Walk:
I love hiking and anywhere I can be off leash. I love going anywhere with mommy and going to Petco and Petsmart is great too!

Best Tricks:
I know lots and lots of stuff. Just a few are "Get your leash!", "crawl", "left paw", "right paw", "roll over", "pick it up", "bring it", "hold it", and many service dog tasks.

Bio:
Millie is absolutely wonderful. No words can describe how amazing, devoted, sweet, and loving she is. She's my heart dog, my soulmate in doggy form. She is perfectly content lounging with me in bed and hiking for hours and hours on end. She is extremely obedient and smart and learns things in a breeze. I can trust her in any situation and she has wonderful manners. I look forward to starting agility with Millie in the near future. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Millie is training as my service dog. She is a psychiatric service dog in training and does multiple tasks to help me. Training is going great and we're taking leaps and bounds. I don't know what I would do without her. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Some facts about me! My birthdate is January 23rd! I love being a good big sister to my kitty sisters, I give them baths and nuzzle them. When I bark I usually make little "woofs" under my breath. I have a white paw with black speckles! My tail used to have a white tip when I was a tiny puppy, now there are just three white hairs!

A trip to the doctor

Mommy has an infection that's not going away so Grandma was taking us to and Urgent Care office. Unfortunately, Grandma put her back out as she was getting ready.
When we got there the lobby was completely full of people, so we waited in an exam room where Grandma could rest on the bed.
We waited there for two hours. I stayed lying down and was very patient. Mommy says she owes me for being so patient. I knew she was hurting a lot to I kept my eye on her to keep her safe.
When the nurse came in to talk to Grandma, Mommy and I went to the lobby and waited. The nurse called us in a few minutes later to talk to her. After that we waited about half an hour more for the doctor to come in. Again we went out in the lobby while he was examining Grandma's back. Soon we were back in the exam room (see how repetitive it was?). When Mommy was getting examined I didn't know what to with myself, so I just stood and watched her on the table.
After that, we headed over to another exam room and Mommy got a shot in her hip of antibiotic and she and Grandma both got some prescription slips. We waited about 10 more minutes to make sure she didn't have a bad reaction to it.
The doctor was so nice. Since he was polite and asked, Mommy let him pet me. I was glad to get the attention, but I went right back into focusing on my job.
We finally got out of there and stopped by the pharmacy to drop off the slips.
I was happy to have my seatbelt on and lie on the cushy seat in the car after being on that tile in the doctor's office so long!

I had to go to the VET today!

Lucy and I had to get shots and check ups today. I was concerned and anxious but mommy says overall I was a good girl. I didn't want them to give me my shot but as far as I leaned into mommy and tried to disappear, I couldn't, so they got me anyway! I was good through the exam though, and I got treats!
I weigh 33.6 pounds!
Dr. Hutchinson said my coat was beautiful and said I was really soft.
I got lots of praise from mom and grandma brough home yummy treats for me, along with my new Canidae!

I'm exhausted!

I had a big day today. First we loaded up in the car and went to the bank (that's in the grocery store). I went in and was such a good pup. I stayed in my down stay the whole time.
After we went to the bank mom and Grandma went to to pay bills. I was good there too and even though I was getting a little distracted by two little kids a little bit I focused on mom much more after that.
Next we met Nana at the mall. It was crazy with so many people and so much noise. I was so alert I was looking around and didn't realize Nana was only a foot in front of me for a while! I was excited to see her but Mom didn't let her pet me while on duty so I didn't get distracted. We talked for a little while and then the four of us went into the movie line and bought tickets. There was a huge crowd in line but I was very good and focused. We went into the theater to watch the movie. The seating was really, really uncomfortable. I fidgeted a bit because it was hard to get situated. I kept switching from in front of mom to in front of Grandma to the side next to the aisle. Mom brought a pillow case to stretch out in the area but I didn't really notice it or try lie on it. Next time I hope she brings something a bit more cushioned! I finally got more comfortable when Mom out her feet up, though.
After the movie we went out to the car to get something to give to Nana before she left and then while Nana and Grandma were talking in the courtyard Mom and I went into Borders (the book store). We had trouble finding it at first, because Mom thought it was by an entrance and it wasn't. Grandma met us there a little while later. There were bunches of little kids and one was saying "Mama, Mama, look at the doggie!" over and over. They didn't even make me nervous, though, I stuck to my work. After mom was done picking out some things we all went to the car to go home and stopped for them to get milkshakes.
Mommy let me be off duty and take off my vest when we were going home. I was so tired but once getting home I played with Lucy a lot. Now I'm sooooo exhausted.
ZZZZZZZZZZZ.
