Sydney is sick

Sydney's mom here.. I had to rush her to the emergency vet last night because she was unusually listless, breathing heavily, and had coughed up blood. She has a level 6 heart murmur and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. (gotta stop to cry a bit.. ok, better.) She spent the night in an oxygen cage thingy. This morning the vet said she was doing much better, her lungs sounded good, kidneys ok... But Sydney will be on meds the rest of her life. I'm so sad for my furgirl. But she is resilient and very strong.

Please send love and prayers to Sydney. She is such an amazing dog. I love you so much baby girl....
