Bio:
Lucy is a wonderful source of laughter. She has a silly, quirky, terrier-like personality. She's feisty spunky, and athletic. She can keep up with ALL the big dogs! For those who think little dogs are yappy and unstable, meeting Lucy will change your mind. People hear I have a chihuahua and expect not to like her. Evidently they do, as I've had people come over without greeting me and ask to see Lucy!
